I recently had my intake manifold replaced and the technician failed to hook my brake booster cable back which resulted in me getting a hard brake pedal and I had to have my car towed to a different shop on top of that I was given a false diagnosis of a valve cover gasket replacement just to learn it wasn’t my valve cover gasket leaking but instead it was my power steering pump therefore I don’t trust this location for future work with having bad diagnosis and car not being put back together right and it makes one wonder if your shop would have fixed or said you fixed my valve cover and still charge me $1500 and I would have still needed the power steering pump anyway I’m very disappointed

STAY FAR AWAY from this location!!! They are unethical and lie about diagnostics. IF you do get a diagnostic that is not within the realm of issues you had with your car take it to a local transmission shop or repair shop for a second opinion. It can save you from being scammed by THOUSANDS of dollars. Technician Christopher J claimed I needed a transmission rebuilt $3-4k+ Took it elsewhere since NONE of the symptoms he noted were true. My car never made the noises or issues he stated. First red flag I saw on the advisories was the mileage hadn’t changed. How was a diagnosis with his detailed notes made without driving it out. There was no oil leak, oil levels were not low and no engine replacement had been made. Took it to a DECENT transmission shop and after a more in depth diagnostic it ended up being a Throttle body issue. Those not savvy in automotive work that is a $400-600 repair. I will let every single person I encounter know about how deceitful and unethical your establishment is. I have already forwarded these unethical practices with BBB and FTC with a picture of the fraudulent “Advisory Notes”. I won’t bother to file a complaint with Corporate because the rotten apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Communication is horrible. My car has been with them for 2 months. They keep telling me next week next week but no results. They said my car was done and it was in worse condition than when I first brought it in. Alignment was bad. Car would not shift even when I brought it there to get the clutch fixed. I paid them in full already also. They didn’t offer any discounts or anything to help the experience better. They said they’ll get it done asap. Went to go check my car it’s still sitting on the lot untouched.

I’d honestly put zero if I could. My trailblazer SS was in the shop for a month the first time, for a blown transmission. I got it back may 25th drove it for a week. and let’s just say it did not drive good at all. Actually it was worse then ever after 4500 repair. So I take it back the same week. Now it’s been another month no truck. Communication has been terrible (ie the manager is never there to talk too) and timelines keep getting pushed back. Will be contacting BBB if there’s one more issue.

I am a first time customer and was having some trouble with making my payment for my vehicle that was fixed here AAMCO and my vehicle was sitting for quite some time..when i contacted the owner Dillon he worked with me and was very Helpful! I am very pleased with the service i have receivedDefinitely Recommend this place.

The one on Midland is the worst! Do NOT take your car there! They always have new mechanics that have NO IDEA what they're doing and can't even fix your car right!

I was very nervous when I needed to take my car in. All I could think about was how much was going to me???? The guys were honest and truthful with what was wrong with my car. A new gear shift and I was back on the road. Customer service with a smile! Thank you.
