The girl working had an attitude. She would rather gab with her coworker than help me find the 1 thing I went there for. And I was 1 of 3 people in the store. When I said I didn't find what I was looking for she was really sassy.

All week I have been talking to people here about my car key. Not ONE time did anybody say it was a special order.. EVERYONE I talked to knew how much I need this done. At payday and I get informed last night, it could not be done within an hour of closing, Then got told it would only take 5 to 15 minutes, but the key had to be ordered and would take a week to get delivered… do better. This was not good customer service. I over share regularly so I know everybody I talked to knew what the hell I needed. Epic fail. If you’re gonna Claim you’re better than the dealership than you should probably have the product on hand for the people that needed in an emergency.

Convenient but pricey. It’s great in a pinch and if don’t want to go to big box store for one item, then Ace is the place.

Took a bit to get help. Two employees were in the back office, jabbering about nothing. The front clerk asked for help on the P.A., and they just kept jabbering. Finally came out.
Their website inventory said they had several of the part I was needing. They didn't have any.
It was a frustrating visit.

Review Edit: *Satisfied Customer!!!* I spoke to the manager who was super nice and said that he would take care of this issue. After we spoke, he looked up my purchase and they did give us $10 off that day. It was just a miscommunication. He said that he used my review to educate his employees to be sure that this issue never happens again. He advised me to get the app so my coupons are always with me. I'm doing that! (you get a $10 coupon just for getting the app 😉) To conclude, the customer service was impeccable. The fact that he was willing to do whatever it took to rectify this situation prompted me to edit my review. I recommend Ace Hardware!
I bought some items there and forgot to use the coupon we had. So he went up the next day, and they refused to honor the coupon even with a receipt. They said that once you buy all your items, they won't let you use the coupon. So what you're saying is I can return everything, re-buy everything, then I can use my coupon?🙄 That's stupid. Just honor the coupon as long as I have a receipt and a valid coupon. This place is more expensive than Home Depot or Lowes, so you'd think they would do everything they can to keep customers. I'm highly disappointed. My husband and I like the friendly, knowledgeable employees. It's a shame. 😔

My neighborhood store that I’ve used in past. Had to buy a new lawnmower, Al met me and was very helpful as was rest of employees. Gentleman that delivered my mower was also very helpful and personable
