I went in to have some spare keys made for a Steering wheel lock, but the attendant didn't have blank keys to make them, but he did deliver good customer service including the ladies working the front desk as you first walk in to the store.

Staff is plentiful and, and they're proactive about asking if you need help. I came in thinking I needed a replacement water shutoff valve (or at least a stem repair kit), which would have been $15+. But the staffer who was helping me realized I just needed a new washer (80 cents), and then, without being asked, volunteered to spend a solid 5+ minutes scraping buildup off my old valve and then working the new washer onto it (if it had been me I would have given up after the first minute). Point being, that was a lot of cheerfully volunteered labor for an 80-cent purchase—staff there really cares about the customer. I will definitely be going back there again!
