I came into the dealer a few weeks ago with my boyfriend who was looking for a car himself. While there I mentioned to Brian that I too was looking for a rav4 but I was pretty specific. Brian was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We did not buy a car that evening because there were none to buy. About a week later, Brian, who listened to my needs called me with the perfect car, we went in and bought it! he was professional and his customer service was outstanding. The finance guy was equally pleasant! I walked out a happy customer! WHAT A GREAT Experience! I will go back to Brian again!

The sales process was fine. However, in retrospect it was deceptively smooth. We bought a 2022 car from Toyota Ackerman and despite it having low mileage, we have had so many problems. First we found out they sold it to us with ChapStick stuck in the a/c that dislodged and broke an expensive part (despite a supposedly exhaustive review process.) It took 4 trips for them to fix that. Then we got it back and found out they returned it with the windshield wiper moving part disabled. I found this out while driving and luckily was able to pull safely aside. When we called they tried to convince us it was "just frozen" (spoiler: it was not). This is 5+ visits for repairs in ONE MONTH. Each time them trying to fob it off and dissuade us from coming in. while I can't say for sure this is a typical experience, we have received no apology and when we have reached out it has always been treated as if we are an annoyance, so I suspect this is a fairly common experience. While we have a warranty , it is quickly becoming obvious they may not be the best at repairs and definitely aren't thorough. I would hesitate to buy a new car from them even because of our experience with the shop and repairs.

Have come in a few times before for oil change and had good service. This time I came in for oil change + tire balancing & rotation, not so much. Had the typical attempts to upcharge for things I didn't request, so I told them "no thanks, I don't need that". Come time to leave, my bill was +$100 more than I needed. Turns out I received services I didn't ask for. Sure fine, whatever I just paid and left not wanting to be confrontational and assuming everything was at least done correctly (wrong choice).When I got home, I noticed my tire pressure was low and there was now a lump in the sidewall, indicating need for replacement. It's possible it was just bad luck and I hit a pot hole in the 5 miles home after 20k miles of good luck, but more likely that it was there before and the excellent technicians at Ackerman Toyota knowingly put a damaged tire back on my car during the "inspection". Anyway, I called in to the service department, and before I could even finish my sentence was told "that can't possibly be our fault" and was forwarded to a "manager" who wasn't there and told to kick rocks. Great service, will not be back ever.

Tyler at Ackerman Toyota made the purchase process for a 4runner so simple. We got the exact vehicle we wanted and the entire time in the dealership was less than an hour.I highly recommend this dealership.

I just bought Toyota Sienna platinum 2023. The front wheel drive exploded on highway 141 and it was so dangerous. When i come back to the dealership, there is no warranty for that and I have to pay the new tire for $ 390 for 1 tire. I’m so disappointed. Even I referred my friend to buy the same car like my car , and it costs 60000. They refused to fix it.

My experience at Ackerman Toyota was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and easy to work with. Ryan made sure I was able to get just what I was looking for, and everything was smoothe and transparent. I can highly recommend Ackerman if you're looking for a Toyota.

As someone who was genuinely interested in purchasing a car from Ackerman Toyota, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the moment I initiated a conversation with the salesperson over the phone, there were multiple red flags that made me rethink considering this dealership for my purchase.Firstly, the hesitance to allow a third-party inspection on the vehicle struck me as peculiar. I believe it's any serious buyer's right to ensure that their potential investment is a wise one, free from unforeseen complications. The response I got was both surprising and disappointing, with the salesperson implying that if I didn’t trust their assessment, then perhaps I shouldn’t buy from them.Moreover, I was also taken aback by the inflexibility surrounding the test drive. Despite being ready to show proof of my genuine interest (including a pre-approval letter and currently renting a 2023 Highlander), I was informed that I could only test drive the car with the salesperson present in the vehicle. My simple desire to test my wireless CarPlay adapter with the car's system, which would take but a moment, seemed to annoy the salesperson.It's essential for car dealerships to realize that purchasing a vehicle is a significant investment, and the process should be as transparent and accommodating as possible. Trust and respect are two-way streets. While I understand the importance of dealerships taking precautions, potential buyers should not be met with suspicion and an unwelcoming attitude.Sadly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ackerman. To potential buyers, I suggest seeking out dealerships that value your business, your concerns, and your right to ensure you’re making a sound purchase.

First time car buyer - and Ryan at Ackerman Toyota made it especially easy and carefree. I had an emergency with my last car and needed another quickly. Ryan was able to deliver! Never thought the process could be smoother. If I had any questions or concerns, Ryan would always answer them via text (even on his days off!). It’s a beautiful car and I’m very satisfied. Plus he has the coolest sand decor at his desk. Thank you, Ackerman Toyota and Ryan!

We purchased a car from here and we received exceptional services from sales. We noticed a few problems with the vehicle and Meghan addressed all of our issues but within a week we noticed a noise coming from the left side of the vehicle. When we brought the car into repair we let the service center know the issues we were having. We had to them to check for the noise we were hearing, at first they were unable to find the problem but after throughly checking over the car they heard the same noise we were referring to. We completely understand the car isn’t a brand new but we purchased it just a week before. But we also trust Ackermann would throughly check their cars before you pass them to the consumer. We spoke with Rich Kindle his behavior, tone and mannerism were unprofessional. Ackermann was not willing to repair and did not offer us anything other solutions or options. Rich states he spoke with Steve the service manager and Steve refused to repair the vehicle. Rich lacked professionalism and customer service. We are highly disappointed with the service we received seem as though they don’t value their customers.

My daughter bought her first car here and couldn't be happier. We live out of state and my daughter needed a car as soon as she arrived, so the entire purchase was arranged online/by phone. We told Ryan what we were looking for. He was able to give her the car she wanted in a timely fashion. All communications were straightforward, without the high pressure, manipulative posturing that most people dread when buying a car. Ryan was respectful, listened well and definitely made the process of long distance car buying as stress free as possible. My daughter is very satisfied with her car and with the road hazard warranty she purchased with it. Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience.

9a.m. 8/30/23 -- I was treated very poorly here when I stopped for a quick service while traveling through on a long road trip across the U.S. They refused to help me without an appointment and the service drive person was quite rude to me. He wouldn't even offer an alternative option when I asked for help. I realize that I did not have an appt for a service that would've only taken 25 min at the most, and they may have been busy, but there was no need to be rude. I recommend that you go to Lou Fouz Toyota just a few miles away. Their staff was very accommodating even though I did not have an appt. and they were busy too. They recognized my angst while traveling away from home and were willing to help a girl out!Ackerman Toyota needs to have their service drive work on their customer service skills.

Made the process of buying my first new car so easy. I was definitely anxious about the whole process, but my sales rep Ryan was extremely patient and helpful, making sure I got exactly what I both needed as well as wanted. He explained everything and keept us updated on the process of my car as it shipped over seas. He was so wonderful to work with and stayed an hour past close to make sure I knew every feature my new car had, and walked me step by step through it all when I picked it up. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for a new car for yourself. Service was absolutely top notch, couldn't have asked for a smoother or easier time. 11/10
