Traded me a CO2 bottle for an argon CO2 bottle not informing me there was a lower pressure and cheaper bottle. Then when I came in to trade the CO2 back to an argon CO2 told me they've never done that before

Terrible. This company used to be reliable and efficient. Now they are trash. I have lost countless lab specimens and spent a ridiculous number of hours finding emergency backups because they have become incapable of filling standing orders we have for more than a decade. They lie right to you on the phone telling you that they have delivered supplies or will bring you something on a specific date, only to leave you in lurch time and time again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Delivers to hospitals at 6am and makes loud racket outside cardiac ward. Drew in management doesnt care. Would not agree to request drivers to be a litlle quieter. Apparently they cant work later in the day to assure supplies it has to be when patients are trying to get precious sleep. This is rude business practice. They dont really care as it says on the side of the trucks.

I had a lot of billing issues with them that are still not resolved. Not only that they set my account to a collection agency. I ask them in April to pick up an empty helium tank and several times after that in here it is December and it still in my store. They charged me $30 a month for that empty helium tank. Very poor customer service and billing issues
