I rented from the stl airport location and my experience was extremely pleasing. My flight delayed by several hours so I got into stl in the early morning at about 3 or 4 am. The agent was accommodating and very nice.

The staff here were all amazing!! Working quickly and efficiently in the snowy and freezing weather in the middle of the night! Extremely satisfied with the customer service, everyone was seriously so nice and helpful. Couldn’t have had a better car rental experience. Thanks STL Alamo!
