Absolutely pathetic customer service. While attempting to get through on the phone to a customer service agent I was sent to voice mail on three separate attempts after less than 2 minutes on hold and being told I am first in the call queue. I finally got through and told the CSR that we had received information that we owed $36.50 on a closed account but did not know why. Her answer was I can go into a branch and pay the money and they can look it up and tell me why, basically offering no help at all. I pushed to have the CSR look up the issue and, while the explanation I received is perfectly acceptable, being told by a CSR that I should go to a branch to get a question answered when the information was readily available is lazy and unprofessional. If you are interested in pulling the recorded call data, it occured on 8/9/2023 with the call initiating at 10:15 AM and terminating at 10:21 AM. Also, your chatbot is telling people you're business is not opened on Wednesdays at 9:45 AM. A purely bush league operation.

Went open a small business account at the Ferguson location and the guy/girl who handled these was in pajama pants and house slippers!He told me what documentation was needed but said I needed to bring my original ssn card in order to open the account even though the papers he gave me said I only needed the number.So I left and went to their competitors and opened two small business accounts with no trouble who only required the ssn number and other paperwork that I provided. By the way I am a minorty so one has to wonder because the employee was also but I felt he didn't trust me because it was so oblivious. Your loss Alliance CU tell your employees that bed wear isn't appropriate for a bank and everyone black with locks is NOT a criminal. Smh

Called to inquire about opening a small business checking account today and the person who answered was really rude so I decided to go to the competition. It pays to talk to people with respect.

I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn't paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn't given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I've heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.

I definitely thought that a credit union would give people chances that bigger banks won't. You definitely not a bank for the people. You're no different than a regular financial institution that's just as money hungry as other bigger banks. Five thumbs down.

Great staff and a good bank. These folks are top notch - always professional and respectful. Rarely a long wait to see a teller.
