I was impressed with my experience at Amazing Lash. I’ve been getting my lashes done on and off for about nine years, so I’m familiar with the general process, but I learned a few new things during my service – such as, how to handle the lashes while washing to make it less likely to break the bond. I also appreciated that they present the different offerings in a visual way that makes it easier to identify what might appeal to you most. I liked the private, cozy rooms, adjustable tables and provided blanket. The lash stylist enters notes about your session, including the humidity conditions, into a wall-mounted tablet—they maintain this central record system so if you have to come in and see someone else for a fill, they know what to do, which extensions to use and what look you’re expecting. This a big benefit, especially when you get to be in a pinch and really need a fill and can’t see your regular person. I also found the price to be incredibly reasonable, and the timing was on point. (I have had to leave other extensionists because the fills simply take too long -- beautiful work, but I can't swing the time investment.) Finally, the manager is very good, very professional and truly cares about customer satisfaction.

That's the first time I've ever seen that done, anywhere. I've been getting my lashes done on and off for about eight years and I learned something new during my service (how to best wash them -- stroke them downward and not back and forth as I had been doing!) The lash stylist enters notes about your session, including the humidity conditions, into a tablet on the wall and they maintain this central system so if you have to come in and see someone else, they know exactly what to do and what you're expecting. I also found the price to be incredibly reasonable and the manager to be very caring and professional. If you're a first timer looking to jump in, I will say this -- please don't give TOO much credence to negative reviews from other first timers -- YOU are in control of your lash experience and that means if you sleep on your face, rub your eyes, or use oil-based products near your lashes, they WILL fall out prematurely and that's not the business's fault. Good luck and go for it - but watch out, because it's addicting!

Makayla did an AMAZING job on my lashes! She knew exactly what I was going for even though I was having a hard time explaining what I wanted. I will definitely come back!

Customer service is the worst. Never again will I go there. Beware cost more than they quote when you call. Good luck if you go there. Three girls at desk just hanging out. When I explained the price quoted they refused saying 179.00. Needless to say we left. I wish I read previous Yelp reviews I wouldn't have gone with 3.2 stars

Why am I being charged for services I cancelled in August ? Every month I am being charged and have to dispute charges. I called multiple times and left a voicemail have not gotten a call back.UPDATE: The owner promptly responded to this review and rectified the situation with no issues!

I was going to this location/company for over a year. When I found out how rude the owner speaks to his managers that are running his business very well. This immediately shut me off and gave me no desire to continue my business with this company. I immediately canceled my membership. All employees were amazing. The owner is absolutely horrible. He doesn’t know how to treat his managers/employees.

As a first timer, I wanted to go somewhere reputable, rather than a random person I found online. The girl at the desk was dressed professionally and extremely friendly. My first encounter with my lash technician was her leaving to pick up her Starbucks, looking like she had just rolled out of bed. When she finally came back to bring me into the room, she never introduced herself, or did anything to make me feel welcome. I told her I had never had lashes before and really didn't know what to expect. She said very little, only asking me which lashes I wanted. (I was under the impression that this would be slightly more personalized, based on the website.) The entire process took less than an hour. After finishing, she handed me a spoolie to bush them and asked me if I liked them. I was given no instructions for aftercare. I asked if there were any dos and don'ts and she told me not to get them wet for 48 hours (good to know) I asked about make up and was told none for 48 hours as well. She mentioned that I could buy the lash cleaner to clean them with and walked me to the front to check out. The friendly girl at the counter helped me get the wash and brush and talked about joining. Since this was my first experience, I wasn't ready to commit to a monthly membership. Fast forward to less than a week later and I had about 15% of lashes left. I followed the minimal directions given to a tee, yet the extensions were literally falling out excessively. By the 8th day, I removed what little I had left because they looked ridiculous. This was an absolutely disappointing experience. I would not recommend anyone to go to amazing lash studio, especially as a "first timer".

It’s my very first time getting fake lashes and I was so nervous, upon arrival I was greeted and shown a book with many options and when I was called back my lash master Makayla did her thing. She made me feel so comfortable and we bonded so well I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much Makayla I will be back☺️

The manager is very nice and obviously cares about her clients. She goes above and beyond for sure and genuinely is there to help with issues. The lash stylist vary from experience and I prefer the master stylist but I only go to Lacey her work speaks for itself.

I am so upset. I was told these lashes would stay on 2 weeks minimum. I even had a “pro” do them. I got them done for a 10 day trip in Europe. I followed all instructions and they all came off on day 3. Waste of money. Scam.
