Many find it a great little theater, noting the nice reclining seats and that everything was very clean, making it worth a drive. The seats and temperature are generally comfortable, the bathroom is clean and accessible, and there is a decent sized parking lot behind the building. However, experiences can vary. Some reclining chairs have been reported as broken, with leg rests not level, and the theater has not always been cleaned between showings. Previews before the movie can be very long, which some find excessive. Sound from a neighboring theater can sometimes be heard, which is distracting. Staff presence can be inconsistent, with tickets not always checked and the lobby sometimes left with spilled soda and popcorn containers. On one occasion, staff shouting and playing throughout the movie created a very distracting and unpleasant experience. While some have wonderful memories and will return, others were left disappointed and would not go again.
