Originally, played a lot of phone tag with Vicky who told us we had to wait 30+ days to take care of a shared account matter that she said we would need to check back every 4 weeks to rectify - What a hassle! Came in the next day to discuss something different and Jamil who completely took care of everything right then & there, no waiting at all - what a relief! Makes me wonder what Vicky was up to!

On January 2, 2025 I went to together credit union to withdraw cash off my card. I walked in on my phone transferring money from one account to another and the guy bank teller states why is she just standing there and the female teller next to him laughs. That was very rude and unprofessional I would never come back!

Very disappointed. Have been with them over 8 years, have my paycheck, social security, and pension all Direct deposited. Giving the short version, when I needed them the most, they did NOT come through for me. I was scammed which was my fault, but when I wanted to cash a $43 check, the same check I had cashed for years, because my account was in the negative from the scam, they would not cash it for me. They said it would have a 5-day hold placed on it. I had no cash on me and my gas tank was on empty. I felt like I was a new customer that had no relationship with them whatsoever. The measure of a bank is not in the smiling and friendly faces you see, it's how they come through for you when you really need them. Disappointed!

Refuses to cash or deposit a properly endorsed insurance check, even though all endorsees are members. Can't trust a financial institution that doesn't know how to accept checks.

Since Together took over this bank has been total crap. They have frozen my card for specious activity 3 times(at a store I shop at once a week and for purchases under $300). The ATM keeps telling me my card is expired but the expiration is not for another 2 years. The card works at ATMs outside of their network though. I was looking for a home loan and the loan officer was a total A**hole. I have great credit and was used to being treated really well at the old ABECU. There are new fees for everything. This place is a total disappointment and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Any bank would be better than this. I wish I could make this longer to tell you all the other problems.

I put $8,000 down on a $20,000 truck and five years later I've made my payments every single month and they keep adding $5,000 to my loan twice because my insurance lapsed. Because that's apparently what's in the paperwork. I paid $30,000 for a $20,000 truck and on paper it says I owe $12,000. These people are Crooks. So even the 8000 I put down doesn't even show up because I still owe 12000 apparently they keep adding money to my loan and that's not right but it's legal thieves

I have been banking with this company for more than 10 years and always extremely satisfied with the staff, and the regular updates they make to the app and the online banking system.
