UPDATE: I received a letter via USPS verifying that TCU had completed their research on my claim and was issuing a credit on my next CC statement. YAY! Fingers crossed now that the merchant's processor doesn't dispute the reversal (via Visa guidelines). Seems we were ships passing in the night. Glad it has been resolved! Maybe just notify patrons that it may take up to 90 days (not 30-60 as I was verbally told) for action.

Love this branch! Every interaction is friendly and efficient! The staff is fantastic and always helpful. I've never had a bad experience here since this branch opened. Thank you all for being amazing!

Since Together took over this bank has been total crap. They have frozen my card for specious activity 3 times(at a store I shop at once a week and for purchases under $300). The ATM keeps telling me my card is expired but the expiration is not for another 2 years. The card works at ATMs outside of their network though. I was looking for a home loan and the loan officer was a total A**hole. I have great credit and was used to being treated really well at the old ABECU. There are new fees for everything. This place is a total disappointment and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Any bank would be better than this. I wish I could make this longer to tell you all the other problems.

I had nothing but good things to say about this credit union for the past few years especially around the great service I received when when I got my first mortgage through them earlier this year. Unfortunately, I will be looking to refinance and am okay with paying a little more at this point just to not have any money involved with this "credit union". I had an auto loan through them originally, now what I believe to be a predatory loan. Not just because I spent the last week researching predatory loans, but I was immediately reassured by many of the branch's reviews that are very similar within Google's and Yelp's. Now I wish I had read them sooner. They are the one star reviews with very lengthy reviews surrounded by the very simple 5 star reviews...Take time and read those lengthy reviews. I received an alert last week stating there was negative activity on my credit report. I pulled my reports, all three, and Together Credit Union has reported me with a late me payment each of the past 3 months for my auto loan. I never recieved any communication, not one phone call, email or piece of physical mail stating I was late and being reported. That even includes the statements they send me each month. I pay my loan with a recurring payment. I have been doing so the last 4 years. Every statement I received from them shows me paying on time, the next payment due and the date due. I even showed banking statements of my payment of the payment due from their bill. I've now been in contact with 5 representatives stating they don't see any late payments and am aware of all the information I have to show I'm not late and see I've never received any communication from them saying I was late. They then say they'll talk to their collections department or manager for me. The one I actually thought was going to really help me left for vacation (not her fault). They've all said they see no reason why they can't resolve this. I even had a representative leave me a voicemail telling me I had to submit disputes to all three bureaus. So I gathered all the information, screenshots, statements, etc., and submitted it one by one. In the back of my mind, I was wondering why my credit union wasn't taking care of it if they told me they show no late payments. I submitted all three disputes, helpful and knowing, they would take care of it. They are my credit union watching out for me right? I heard back from one of the bureaus today and Together Credit Union reported the late payments were accurate and the dispute was closed. How can they do this? I even had attachments showing I'm completely paid every month.They even have the history of me paying on time every month for the past 4 years. And now they could see how I paid my mortgage on time every month. They could even see my excellent credit score from when I applied for the mortgage earlier this year. They've now dropped my credit score by over 75 points and it will continue to drop until it gets resolved. They haven't told me how to resolve it for the months to come. I'm so unhappy with this credit union and would encourage people to read the one star reviews for real people information. I'll also be investigating the auto loan further next because my transmission had to replaced months after I got it from Plaza Audi. I just read similar reviews on Together Credit Union about recalls and failures on cars through this loan that my credit union recommended. Thanks Together Credit Union for giving me a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year of fun stuff to figure out.

Great to there customers and have good rates on loans
