Used them last year and had a few issues. Say they will be there at a certain time, but showed up hours later. Thought I would give them another chance this year - same problem. Said they would be there between 8:30 - 9:00 am, didn't show up until 11:51. Mike makes promises that he can't keep. First time, shame on you - second time, shame on me. You will not get a third try with us.

BUYERS BEWARE. Mike the owner will not stand behind his words. They will do nothing when stuff ends up broken. I had broken items totaling over $5000. He is going to fix the table. I'll post pics when that's done... š¤Ŗ I can salvage the top. Workers are capable and honest however Mike doesn't treat them well. He helps and calls them names and doesn't give them proper instructions and equipment.

The two movers were very nice! I even offered them waters while they moved because they were nice and professional. Unfortunately, the box of my dishes was crushed, and the doshes were broken even though they were bubble wrapped and packed. The owner was very rude and dismissive on the phone and said it was not his problem because they didnāt pack it. Even though they moved it and the box was crushed, he did not care and was very flippant on the phone. Would not recommend this company to anyone moving anything fragile or wanting to work with someone sympathetic to damages they caused!

I moved with Anchor about three years ago and had a great experience. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of moving with them again. Logan & Dominic were incredible! Very friendly and straightforward, they worked hard with fantastic attitudes (despite my last residence being less-than-up-kept). Next time Iām looking for movers, Anchor will definitely get the first call.

Our movers were very respectful of property and very kind and personable. I would recommend them for any and all moving of furnishings. Reasonable too!

I had some issues with my move that Mike was happy to correct. He is a kind man that cares very much about his business. They also gave me a really reasonable rate compared to other companies and even though there were issues with my move the movers were very hard working and moved quickly even in the heat.

Anchor Moving is an Excellent company to work with, great communication prior to and after the move, best pricing available, on time, steady fast pace of loading and unloading, polite and pleasant. Iāve used them twice for big moves, both times had 2 locations to either pick-up or drop off at with no hassle. I've referred Anchor Moving to friends who said, they saved hundreds of dollars and were very satisfied!ā I couldnāt ask for an easier smoothie transition from one house to the other. Had a fantastic experience with Anchor Moving. The price was far more reasonable than I expected and my move was completed much faster than I expected. The two men tasked with my move were professional and worked incredibly hard even in extreme heat.

Don't even quote this company. Stay away. The anchor in their name they mean it, they will drown you with non-compliance on their own promised services that are contracted and will only bring calamity, issues, and problems your way. The owner, "Mike" is the worst business owner and person to do business with. Beyond his ignorance and lack of education and values, sadly, he is also a person who is completely reckless and inappropriate with his business dealings. They will show up 2 hours late at pickup and even worse and more late for delivery. In my case, they were 6 hours late for delivery. 8 hours late total.
He takes a deposit and then you pay at delivery. He promises a full package for your move, even a good hourly rate to make it sound like a good deal - everything including disassembly at pickup and assemble at delivery, more than X years of experience, and a complete script full of lies that makes you think this would be a good moving company.
Is not.
The staff is inappropriately vetted and comes to work, and drives your truck with your belongings under the influence: they have a heavy smell of alcohol and marihuana, and they certainly don't take care of your belongings. They don't come prepared with even a roll of tape or proper pads. They come with a couple of dollys and two screwdrivers if you are lucky, like I was. It's truly insane and a complete waste of money because, in the end, it is a headache and an aggravation for you. Mike makes sure to take your money and not honor his side of the deal and instructs his crew of thugs to do the worst job possible in the longest time, most disorganized and chaotic way, and most disgustingly and disrespectfully possible. They don't follow any kind of best practice or standard for a moving company, it's the worst decision you can make: moving with Anchor Moving. Don't let them sink you into a scam.
This business and it's very particular one-star, is a dishonor to any one-star business and to the star system itself.

The three gentlemen were great that moved me. They were respectful of the fact they were on my clock and did a quick professional job. The only reason I did t give them a 5 was because they ājokedā about tipping right off the bat. They earned the tip ?
