We worked with Rick to bundle our auto and renters insurance. He was not only very friendly and kind, he was also very knowledgable and got us a price much lower with more coverage! I have been with this State Farm office for several years over multiple Missouri cities for both auto and rental insurance. Every person in the office has been wonderful! I am particularly grateful for Rick's help everytime I had any question or request. Rick helped set me up with my policies throughout various moves, and he always got back to me in very timely manner.I am moving to a different state and have to change agents, but sure wish I wouldn't have to! Highly recommend this office for any insurance needs, and be sure to ask for Rick.

I’ve been a customer of Andrew Broombaugh’s State Farm branch since 2015 and have always had extremely positive interactions with him and his staff. Cathy helped me merge insurance accounts with my now husband, obtain new policies when we bought new vehicles, and always helped us find discounts when they were available. Andrew, Cathy, and Rick are always pleasant on the phone and take care of us as if we were family. Even though we moved from our original city location, I continue to use this branch because of their excellent customer service.
