Such awesome people here, we have 2 blood hounds from here Hank and Josie along with 4 kitties Lasagna , Mamma ,Anna and we had Violet but she passed away last week from old age.

They theoretically Shanghai your animal and give them shots that they don't need my dog was there for less than 48 hours and he got kennel cough and since I didn't adopt him from there they refused to do any thing about it should be leery of getting any animal from this place it's sad that they can admit that they gave a dog or any animal a virus or whatever have you but refused to pay for it is just ridiculous

I don't like your policy of not stating the breed of the animal because that's labeling which you feel that as a negative when people are often searching for a specific breed and it's hard to find out if you have a specific breed when you have it an excessive amount of animals say 500 or whatever the case may be when you're trying to sort it to figure if you have a specific breed or not.

Pets (especially that are fostered) need more descriptions about them. Also, after taking care of the animal for 3 weeks, the APA failed to even update the pets information for the next owner.
Updated to 1-star. Not a single update was made to the profile of the animal.

I was very disappointed since adopting my dog. They neutered him and turned him out almost immediately. The.suture came open and I called to take him in and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. When I finally got through, there were no available appointments the entire week. I had to take him to another hospital and pay for it myself.
It shouldn’t have been my responsibility because it was a preexisting condition from the neutering. He also had kennel cough which got much worse as the week went on.
I was still giving him the meds they had sent home and the hacking and coughing got much worse, I was so worried about him that I took him back, hoping they would help me, but they wouldn’t. They were not nice about it either. Now I have to wait until Wednesday unless I want to spend my own money again to get him seen and treated and told me to have a nice weekend! How rude!
He’s just a puppy!
I thought they would at least take him and work him in somewhere during the day.
Now I have him back at home and he is hacking and coughing continuously, which is what I told them he would be doing!
Very disappointing!!!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED to see the cat I had fostered for 3 weeks is back with the same PICTURE and DESCRIPTION as when I first took her in.
I gave an extremely detailed explanation of why she was unable to stay in my home and APA said they would update their info to reflect that.
They did not. If she's adopted by the wrong family they WILL return her. She needs a special home and they are ignoring this.

We just went in to drop off a food donation, but this place is very impressive. There were a lot of staff there and a fair number of people visiting the animals. It was clean, not as aromatic as one would expect, and the potential adoptees seemed happy and well cared for.

We adopted an adorable kitten named Lundi and the staff was amazing! Lundi loves her new forever home and we love her ????
