We used to enjoy going to this particular mall because it was close to us and the managers knew what they had. This has apparently changed. it has been several months since we've been there. Rather than the high quality merchandise I used to find, most of the booths were filled with garage sale rejects. Many booths were poorly arranged and messy. It was hard to find things. Okay. That's on the merchants that rent the booths, not on the mall. My complaint was with on the $8 blu ray that I bought. Most items can be inspected, but dvds and blurays cannot be inspected. Most stores allow a 30 day return policy on such items. Antique Mall of Creve Coeur does not. I took the disc home and tried it out. The Warner Bros logo played along with the piracy notice, but then the disc would not load to play or go to a menu. I tried it out three times each in two separate Blu-ray players. I tried cleaning the disc. Nothing worked. When I called, I was met with cold policy of no returns under any circumstances. They trust their merchants to be truthful about their items. Obviously, this business is less an antique mall and more of a flea market. I give two stars for variety but poor business practices.

Didn't know this mall was in Creve Coeur, but I do now, and lordy, we will be back for sure.I was kinda hesitant after reading the reviews, but I'm glad I checked it out myself.I'm not sure why people find it necessary to give a bad review to this mall, I'm here to tell you they are totally incorrect. Now you might think how can I state that their reviews are wrong, well one I'm a vendor at a mall, a collector and travel the United States visiting all kinds of malls, antiques stores as a courtesy to everyone who wants to know the truth! I give honest reviews and ensure I don't harm someone's business for spite. With that said, just walked on the ladies were warm and welcoming to us. Not 4 booths in we started find treasures.I collect Mid-Century Modern and more, and my brother collects clocks, radios, compasses, and Marilyn Monroe. Each aisle is labeled with a name, which makes it really easy to remember where you might have found a treasure and want to go back to get itTheir vendors are so organized, clean, and reasonably priced. The selection is off the charts, really there is something for everyone for sure.If you are looking for rare treasures and hard to find radios, stereos, clocks, albums, figurines, kids' toys, quilts, and two rooms full of furniture to boot, Mid-Century Modern, and did I forget to mention it's right off the highway about a mile or so in a plaza off Fee Fee road.So trust me, this is a fabulous place to stop in and shop along with very helpful staff. Thanks, ladies. enjoyed our visit, and we will definitely be back again!

I visited this store on saturday, february 10th with a friend. Neither of us had ever been there and we were very excited to check it out. The store is beautiful and had so many interesting things. We spent almost 2 hours there looking through old postcards, reading them and overall enjoying our experience. Since the credit card minimum was $15 we picked out multiple things to make sure to we exceeded that limit. We went to check out and that is when the fun came to a halt.I had found about 8 post cards I wanted, among other things. The moment the woman started looking at my items she said "well this one doesn't have a price on it so I can't sell it to you." I thought for sure she would help me find the price, offer some kind of apology but no. She flipped through the rest of the cards saying "nope, can't sell this, can't sell this, nope, not this one either" All in a rude condescending tone, as if it was a joke to her. I had found one card I was SO excited about and of course she said "nope, can't sell you that, no price on it."I thought surely, this is a STORE and they wanted to SELL things, so I said "I will pay whatever you want, I just really love this one card". She dismissed me, and swiftly handed all my cards to a man standing nearby, saying "take this away, put them in the lost and found". I could not believe she was flat out refusing to sell me things that had been sitting on the floor, not for any price. I thought this was a business? This made no sense to me. I asked, "can I just go get the box where I found them and see if the box has a price per card?" "NO" she said, " I don't know where it came from and I can't sell it". I then began walking to the back of the store to find the box to check for any kind of pricing. She YELLED at me, in front of many other customers, "NO, I AM NOT SELLING THEM TO YOU!" It was so aggressive. I was embarrassed, confused and so upset.I waked up back to the front and my friend and I left the rest of our items a t the counter, deciding not to buy anything. We took a business card, called back later and asked to speak top a manager. The woman who answered the phone seemed to be the same woman that was at the register. She said "The manager isn't here call back later, bye" and hung up. Appalling. This store is too beautiful to have such ugly staff. It seems as if she enjoys refusing sales to people. I read through google reviews and it seems my experience is not unique. I hope the owner and the booth owners know that this woman is single-handedly losing them all money.

This antique mall is in an old store and is very large. I would say there were some nice things there and there were some stalls that seemed like people were running a garage sale. The place definitely gives off an non-welcoming vibe. There are signs plastered all over the place warning against going to jail for shoplifting. Also, if you need to use the bathroom, you need to get a key from the front, which for us ended up being having an employee walk us back to open the door, probably to ensure we didn't bring anything into the bathroom. There are also signs all over saying there are no refunds and no returns and if there isn't a price on an item, it's considered not for sale, They won't call vendors to ask. Anyway, none of that probably matters a lot if you find something you want, but still, you feel kind of like they don't really want you there. I didn't look at a lot of prices but some of them seemed a little high and some seemed ridiculously high.

I would call this place an indoor yard sale instead of an antique mall, very few antiques but so much junk!! This place had a lot to look at but it was set up so terrible. ? Many of the booths were crowded and it made it difficult to even get in them to look. The staff is friendly but they could use more help. The line wait was almost 10 minutes. I doubt I would go back.

Overall this antique mall has a lot of great options and many booths of great quality and fair prices, but we were very turned off by the service as an employee was following my family around (me, my wife and our 4 year old) and scolded us for letting our 4 year old touch a Buzz Lightyear toy bc we weren't 100% committed to purchasing the toy. Her scolding us convinced us that we did not need the toy nor did we need to provide the mall with any business, which is a bummer bc we frequent many antique malls and this one does have a lot of really great stuff. We were greeted by an employee pleasantly upon entering the mall and perhaps we caught this employee on an off day, but it certainly left a sour taste in our mouths.

Doing an antique mall run on Saturday brought us from a lovely visit to St Louis Antique Mall to the worst antique mall experience we've ever had. And we have had many! Dont even know where to start... no baskets but you can keep your handbag (nonsensical!), over priced, more modern items than antique or vintage, they wont contact sellers for any reason - not even if a tag dont have a price on it and you can forget about asking for discount even for expensive items, none of the stalls had festive season discounts even though ALL the others we visited did and you need a key for the restrooms. I assume all this makes for constant repetitive problems with buyers which probably explains the gloomy faces of the personel and their negative demeanours. To top it all I was repeatedly told I may not enter my banking pin for my credit card since its a security hazard for them!... the pin WHICH IS NEEDED FOR SAFE BANKING especially since Im an international tourist. My bank requests the pin to safeguard against stolen cards just being swiped. But no, four times they ran the same card expecting a different result other than 'declined' with me desperately trying to explain I NEED TO ENTER MY PIN! On the fifth try, yes ok put in your pin... and ofcourse it worked! What a circus! From what I can gather all this comes from the owner who has very strange rules in place which must seriously be reconsidered, not just for the sanity of its buyers, but also the personel. Will never bother to visit again.

If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind item for your collection I BET IT IS HERE in this store! Expect friendly staff members to ask if they can put your selected items on the front counter- so you can shop without carrying your purchases through the store. The store is HUGE with many vendors and booths, also included is a huge room in the back for furniture, as well as several aisles of locked glass cases filled with tiny treasures- fine jewelry, rare coins, and collectibles! Everything at the checkout counter is done by hand- tags collected and purchases wrapped carefully by your cashier. Be prepared to spend some time browsing and searching through booths that catch your eye. I don't think you can shop this big store in one trip, there is so much to see.

They have a credit card limit of $15 and no returns or exchanges. The booths are also an accident waiting to happen. It’s hard to look at things in them. Prices are a bit high too.
