Wow, these guys are horrible. They try anything not to pay. Please be aware if you ever buy insurance (AIG)when traveling these guys will not pay you what you are owed! Horrible

Possibly the most hostile company I have ever dealt with. Moreen at the company has severe anger issues. I really hope she can get the help she needs.

So, no one answers the phone because of COVID-19 in May of 2022? That’s a poor excuse for lack of customer support. Try to find an email to ask a question…….good luck. How does a company compete in this competitive environment when they don’t really want you to reach out to them….? Sorry, disappointed.
