Towards end of July we visited Ashley store, Lemay ferry road, the purchase experience was good, we bought 2 full beds and 2 mattresses with an agreed date of delivery on 8/19/25, however, the delivery guys arrived late inconveniencing us, the most disappointing bit is that they only delivered 2 beds without mattresses “lol who delivers and fixes beds without mattresses, I would rather you delivered the mattresses and left the beds”. On contacting the store they now say the mattresses will be delivered on 9/2/25, yes almost two weeks from the original dates of delivery.So Ashley did not find it important to inform/discuss with us prior to delivery changes, now that I had already gotten rid of my old stuff to create space are the children supposed to sleep on the couch for two weeks??? horrible experience to say the least, very disappointed.

My experience with Ashley furniture was great. Damian was so helpful and helped ke get exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait for delivery of my new living room furniture.

Purchased a chair on 10th of August. The pattern I wanted wasn't available for 4 to 6 wks. So I settled for the one in stock. Was told delivery would be on Tuesday 19th (today). My husband got a text on Sunday (when they're closed) that now it wouldn't be here till 26th thru 30th. He called on Mon to say those dates were no good. We needed the chair now. So they transferred his call and no one answered. He kept calling and on 3rd try gave up and called delivery dept, thru cancelation dept and no one has called back. So he called credit card company to cancel payment. This IS NOT WHITE GLOVE SERVICE as they claim. Would NEVER recommend this store. So disappointing. The delivery dept. told my husband that they don't answer the phone. This is the store on Lemay. Sincerely, Anthony and Lucia P.

Ordered kitchen table and chairs from ofallon store. Salesperson amy put wrong phone number no alternatenumber or email. So firstDeliverydate missed. Called customer service and straightened things out. Scheduled and canceled 3 times for delivery and dont know why. Amy was no help customer service horrible. No follow up like promised. So went to south county store and spoke with valentin andvgot it sqiared away and set for delivery. So we decidedto by livingroom furniturefrom that store. Manager and our sales women was awesome.now lets see if all deliveries make it as Scheduled. Customer servicehad promised 50 dollar gift card for errors still have not received. I would shop south county again versus ofallon store.

I was very impressed with the level of service given by our sales person, Dalton. Even though he was new to the store he was able to ensure we had a great customer experience. I also would like to give a shout out to his teammates, who assisted with any questions or assistance that was needed in finalizing the sale. Great TEAMWORK. A great customer experience is what stands out from all the furniture options that are around today. Great job!
