Trash trash trash! Customer service is nonexistent! They flat out lie and don’t disclose information or change the story on “their policy “. The delivery drivers are shady and refuse to take away agreed to old mattress because it had a small soda stain said they couldn’t put it on the truck with new furniture. (I was never told the old mattress must be pristine)(the mattress was wrapped in plastic and taped up as they instructed me to do at the time of my purchase and this was all I was told to do ) then tried to make money off me by saying “they could take it to the dump for $30.”Jason the store manager is rude and argumentative. In the last year I’ve spent $10 thousand dollars at this store and this was the third time I’ve bought a mattress from I’m here! never again! Trash

DO NOT EVER BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPENT 8K ON FURNITURE AND TWO OF THE PIECES WERE DELIVERED DAMAGED. ASHLEY WANTS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGED FURNITURE .... INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE DAMAGED FURNITURE WITH NEW UNDAMAGED FURNITURE THAT I PAID FOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE - THATS A JOKE. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL...

We've been back twice and dealt with Anthony each time. He's knowledgeable and friendly. We're set furniture wise. The prices are great and dealing with someone like Anthony, who put our needs first, is fantastic.

Cindy was amazing and helped me find the perfect recliner. Edit...the recliner was substandard workmanship. Upholstery staples were not flush with the side board and when my 11 yr old grandson reached between the cushion and side of the seat to retrieve the remote it shredded the back of his hand. This was less than 24 hrs after the chair was delivered. Delivery guy had said I had 72 hrs to report issue. Went to where I bought the chair and was informed 1. they did not do customer service at stores or at Ashley period they out source it to a non Ashley company 2. I was informed the drive who said 72 hrs was wrong and instead the moment I signed for delivery Ashleys responsibility for the defective chair or any furniture was non refundable PERIOD wth apparently it was in the very small print of the computer form I signed. At NO time did anyone tell me this at Ashley or I would have bought it somewhere else. Scammers...dishonest...should be under a lemon law offense...like a slimy used car salesman

Andy helped us with the purchase of a new couch, ottoman, rug, and table. He was super friendly and helpful throughout the process and I definitely would recommend working with him if you get the chance! His manager, Jason was also very helpful and was able to give us some nice discounts that really helped out with the price a lot. Really a fantastic experience overall!!

The warranty policy was sold to me as if the Ashley Store would work with me to replace any damaged items. This is untrue; they use a third party company ProtectAll who finds any cause to not approve a claim filed. Learn from my mistake and DONT BUY THE WARRANTY
