I shopped at this store online, and my dresses fit me perfectly; and me veing a plus size woman, they have a wonderful selection to choose from! I look forward to shopping online again!

First time in the store. Had to do an exchange. The first lady started out friendly. I guess she went to lunch, so I picked the items I wanted and was waiting to be rung out. I stood for 15min no one asked if I needed to be waiting on nor that I had to stand on the pink X. I will not be going back there, not if I don't have to. And they didn't give me my teacher discount ? They only greeted the regular customers. The one worker who was sweeping the floor asked a customer that came in you need to be waited on and she said hey welcome back and then she looked at me and kept back sweeping and I had been standing there for 5 minutes.

Online shopping is horrible they do not send you an invoice you call them and request another invoice and they say we can't reduplicate an invoice, so you can't do a return or exchange then you go in the store and find out you can't return web-only items that you aren't told to you they are web only items. Not Happy!

As a customers I expect quality when I spend my hard earned money. 1st let’s start with how rude the workers are. There was 3 women working and not one greeted me or asked me if I needed help, but did notice how I didn’t have on a mask and then said I had to get one in order to shop. Also while checking out I sat there while the two ladies chatted and laughed about a co worker having covid. Which is not funny at all. After a few minutes it’s when they actually acknowledged that I was in line, and then checked me out.Now let’s get into there items, there store did not have a great presentation, they clothes and jewelry appeared very cheap and look dull, and my earring broke the same night. They do have good undergarments so that would be the only thing I would ever purchase from them again and so will be doing so online. (FYI, as a younger black woman (30), I am very disappointed how the older generation of women treat us as well as each other) I was told Ashley Stewart is a great place to shop in representation of us, but the people you have there representing the company, is ONLY REPRESENTING THE STEREOTYPES!!Please do better!!

You would think being the only store locally that the customer service would be A1 at least for job security at this point. Salesperson was very friendly & helpful. I was told they didn't have pants I was looking for, so I went into store to return pants ordered online. Salesperson went to back & found my size. Even exchange done

Good selection of plus size clothes, including dresses. They always have a sale and the ladies working in there are very friendly and give good customer service.
