I’ve had years of “jacked up” teeth issues, I’m a former crisis counselor so I’ve taught myself how to love me regardless, now as a Preschool Director I’m speaking with children and their families on a daily basis however it wasn’t until I started to suffer constant toothaches did I realize that I needed to get help.The team at Ghazala Dental LLC in STL, Missouri IS top tier!Dr. Ghazala and Dr. Williams are precision masters of pain management, every dental hygienist and back office staffer is a well trained, experienced, and caring individual….Ms. Britney B keeps the front office and her team knowledgeable about your financial options so there is NO need to worry about getting your dental needs met!The slogan “finally, a smile that makes you smile.” is so fitting…….Many thanks to MY Aspen Dental Team …. Aspen Dental: HORRIBLE.Hidden Costs + Bait & Switch. I went in to get 1 of my 2 free cleanings provided by my dental insurance. They refused to do the basic cleaning unless it was linked to a $250 deeper cleaning, which I did not want. They took off some “extras”. When I asked about the extras, they clarified one was :a $30 toothbrush. They were going to charge me $30 for a toothbrush without telling me!!!I felt like I wanted a basic car wash and they’d do it “free” only after I ordered the Premium Wash, wax, tirebright and a $30 car scent hanger.The rest of the expensive was also unpleasant: the receptionist wouldn’t run my info without my SSN! The 2nd staff member was unfriendly and the third one spoke so quietly and with such a thick accent, someone else had to repeat everything he said. The chair lacked a pillow, so my head was suspended for them to examine my teeth.When I called to make the appointment, I explained I just wanted a cleaning. When I checked in with SSN required receptionist, she assured I’d pay $0 for the visit.I wasted 2 hours and didn’t get my teeth cleaned!!I do not want to support businesses that add hidden costs without my consent.

I felt I was being pressured into paying too much for something I didn't really need. I was told a regular cleaning(which my insurance covered) wouldn't get rid of perodontis. I needed a deeper cleaning that was partially covered. My share was 1200. I would need to get this done before l get the root canal, which was prescribed, or risk losing my teeth. I went to Aspen because of throbbing pain in my wisdom tooth that has a crown on it. 10 years ago when I got the crown I was also told I had perodontis and I needed a special cleaning or my teeth would fall out. I declined the special cleaning then because I know my teeth. Nothing has ever come close to falling out, not even loose. The doctor wrote me a prescription for amoxicillin, which has relieved the pain. And I'm seeing a private dentist today.

Sch. A visit for cleaning and had some discomfort. I was told I needed a rootcanal, I wasn't sold but went along and filled out paperwork for financing. I decided to cancel my rootcanal appointment as I didn't feel confident about it. A month later, today I received a bill from carecredit, for a procedure I havent had... $3000. Stay away from this place. They just want money.

Made an appointment to try to get new dentures but I inquired about implants and I was very happy when I decided to get them. Everyone there was very helpful and answered all my questions..I'm looking very forward to my new journey.i highly recommend you try them.

First off to Staci McDaniel and everyone else at Aspen Dental thank you for your help,you guys are great this is my best dentist visit ever, I was greeted well, treated well made to feel at home this team is professional kind and courteous I will recommend Aspen to anyone that asks and as for me I will choose Aspen every time thanks again you guys are the best.

This was a terrible experience. I arrived and the whole staff was on lunch until 2pm which is very unprofessional. I finally get called and then I am led to the exam room after x rays and the whole process for a basic exam is an hour. I was waiting around half the time. After all this I am called to another room to schedule my actual cleaning. Why wouldn’t it be within the same day? This was not explained correctly or I would never have came here. I tried to schedule and they don’t even have a full time dental hygienist on staff so I would have to wait until October. And I dealt with Britnee who is very very rude.I called back to schedule my appointment and I was on hold for a very long time both times and no one ever responded. Really terrible experience.

This was my first time using this dental office and I can say they do a thorough job with X-rays and exams. I would and will go back for another visit.

Every person i saw today was very professional,made you feel like they cared about you and your treatment as a person,very friendly,and knowledgeable.I hope my insurance will keep them in my network for years to come.

Pushed my appointment back twice. Both times a month out. Stay away. Just for a basic cleaning, they're overbooking at the expense of people's lives. Greed at it's finest. Going to get my records and go somewhere else.

I scheduled appointments for both my son and I a few weeks ago and received a confirmation call today from Brittany the Office Manager. I advised the scheduler that I didn't have the cards handy and she assured me that they have the ability to locate the plans. So when I spoke with Brittany-Office Manager this morning I advised that again I didn't have the card handy. She with a nasty attitude stated that they needed the card info before the visit. I began looking on my job's HR website to see who the plan is through. I provided the name and state as she asked and she then proceeds to tell me that she needs the actual card because the state maybe different. I provided the state again. At this point I'm trying to maintain my composure because again her attitude is getting nastier and nastier by the second. I told to her cancel the appointments because I didn't like her attitude and I'll try back to see if I could speak with someone else, she then proceeded to tell me that she's the Office Manager and she is the only person I can speak with. I am in disbelief that an Office Manager would speak to a potential customer or customers in that tone. Sadly, I was warned about their unprofessional behavior and sorry to say that I had an unpleasant experience with Aspen Dental.

Horrible experience for my daughter. The entire staff are heartless, uncaring and rude. She’s had nothing but pain and problems with her new dentures. She will call them as soon as they open to be seen that day. It never happens, they always tell her no openings that day. They won’t let her come in as a walk-in either. I went with her on one of her painful times as a walk-in, nope, wouldn’t see her. Says they were booked, but yet there was not one person in the waiting room or one car in the parking lot. I don’t understand how they can be so unprofessional. DONT GO TO ASPEN, never ever.

Protocols of new exam patient aren’t clearly stated at original booking. I requested a cleaning and assumed the appointment I made covered the new patient exam and cleaning. It should be stated that there would be two separate appointments for both when booking new patients. Was also told the doctor “didn’t have time” to finish a new patient exam after consulting with the front desk about the discrepancy. Mind you this was after I had scheduled two appointments and had to reschedule based on their error of online booking.

I made an appointment and it was confirmed but when i came before my scheduled time they said that they couldnt find my appoinment in the system but when i showed my screenshot appointment confirmation they said that the system is not working. If the system is down how come received a confirmation twice today. So disappointing.
