I will just never go back to that store. I didn’t get the name of the female that that helped but to help the owner check the schedule of who worked on Jan 2 2025 around 6pm. So I walked in around 6:11pm. The female that helped was eating Qdoba at the table with loads of cream cheese on her mouth. I told her to finish eating and she can help me she responded « well baby we about to close » . I told her it was only 611 and I know they close at 7pm, she said well we close in 45 min then. She proceed with a bad attitude to help and talked to me with food in her mouth. I ended up not getting my upgrade also because I was a bit discouraged . The experience was just very disappointing And unbelievably unpleasant and unprofessional. If ATT cares about their customers then things like this can’t happen. I’m not going back to that store.

Store personnel were unresponsive. They totally messed up my account and it took over 3 hours on chat and on phone with ATT customer service to get it fixed. It is expected to take another 60 days before the problems are fully rectified.

The employees at this store were horrible. Didn’t know what they were doing. The woman “helping” me kept having to go ask a dude sitting in the corner on his phone for help. I asked a question about what she was communicating to me and the guy in the corner piped up and said “what do you need?? What’s the problem?” In an incredibly rude tone And then tried to tell me I had to add a line in order to upgrade my phone. (False). I walked out. Will never be going back and I hope nobody else ever has to deal with those jackwagons.

I was informed months ago that my trade in was stolen by a former employee at this store and to contact the district manager to get it resolved.
I have waited, called, and emailed and I cannot get anyone to even acknowledge the issue other than to say “it is a known issue, you’re not the only one, be patient.”
Well it’s been months. I think they’re ignoring me and hoping I will go away.
This is the first time I’ve ever been to this store, the other AT&T site I have visited is excellent and operated by the same parent company so I don’t understand what is going on.

I stroll into the store needing a charger cable. They pulled my info, and recommended a discount for my employment type. Saved me 600$ this year.. noice.
