Had a very good experience at the Laclede Station store. I lost my phone and they helped me make an insurance claim (totally worth the money) - ended up with a newer phone with more memory. ATT is pricey but my service is solid and they are helpful.

I must say about Alex that he is really professional and smart man.he is what u call a keeper!Alex is an exceptional employee and great representative for ATT I do hope u recognize him in a special way

Went to the. Att store on laclede station road. Walked in and a woman started to help me. Only 2 others were in the store. The woman was new,I have no issues with new people. She got lost and Noone to help her,she had to ask the other employee for help he was helping the other 2. The manager came out and we talked about the phone I wanted. He leaves and comes back we don't have that phone in stock,then offered me a lesser phone. I said no. We finally settle on a phone. They couldn't get the ipad to take the info. Iwas there for2 hours and no closer to being done. I finally said forget it I've never seen a store run so poorly, the manager said OK have a good day. He didn't care to lose a sale. I got home and found out they shut my phone off. Them doing that made me lose a whole bunch things. Store could close I won't miss it. I went to another att store the guy there was great he fixed me up but couldn't put my stuff on the phone cause the other phone was shut down. 30 min I waited just so they can open the safe. Garbage store

Chris was extremely helpful guiding me through the process of trading in my phone, while still receiving the best deal. Ended up getting my phone for free. Plan on going back to change my internet.
