I needed help in how to tell my daughter how to get off our phone bill. She needed new transfer PIN numbers for herself and her daughter. The incredible Andrew diligently retrieved those for me. He was a a very kind, friendly, highly professional employee who was very patient with a 78 year old woman. He is the epitome of why we stay with ATT. PLEASE don’t lose him!

My phone would not charge or turn on. I was first in line and they fixed my phone in what seemed like seconds. They told me how to fix it in the future, if it ever happens again. Great customer service. Service with a smile. I was thrilled, the service technician said he was just doing his job.

This location lied to my wife and I about a phone upgrade promotion, resulting in us getting a phone that was 50% more expensive than what they said it would be. They also showed us a projected monthly bill that was lower than our bill at the time, but it is now much, much higher, in part because they signed us up for a bunch of options that we did not ask for. Even after spending hours with AT&T getting those charges, the bill is still much higher. When I went back to the store to resolve the issue, they said that there was nothing that they could do. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will consider switching from AT&T if this matter is not resolved promptly. Stay away from this location!!!

Working with Josh and DeAndre at this store was great, but I am not happy with the AT&T Wireless sales people who you encounter on the phone when calling about billing or service issues at 1-800 phone numbers or by dialing 611. They will say anything to get into your wallet then act like it was never said. Stick with the in-store personnel for your needs. You will be more satisfied that way.

I want to brag on Anthony at this location. He got me the best deal and was honest, worked quickly , and was very accommodating. Any questions I had were answered in detail. He also had a wonderful personality and provided excellent A++ customer service. Thanks to him the process was painless and enjoyable ❤️

I went in today to purchase a new Google pixel 6 pro. When doing a transaction a worker named Anthony aka Tony point to where the accessories were saying that's all they had. He told me it was a buy two get one accessory free. I bought two items and afterwards found a car mount that would qualify. He told me that he could not help because it was not picked out at time of the transaction. When I asked him if their was anyway he could help since the transaction was documented and I had not left he proceeded to say nope. When I said this is kind of shiesty because I had no left he began yelling say that ng I'd I would like to argue take it up with the manager not him proceeding to send threats saying I was following him to the back. The manager d came and gave me the mount for free which is all I had wanted was to speak to him to see if he Could help. D proceeded to go back into the back for a meeting with nick coming back out attempting to tell me what I did wrong when I had no desire to speak to him. He began proceeding to call someone on his phone speaking on Spanish and addressing the situation while in store. I appreciate d and what he has In store with this location but Anthony is not the representation that should represent att with these actions. From past reviews it seems this experience is common
