If I could give a 0, I would. If the store answers the phone, they then hang up on you as you begin to ask a question. In addition, I never received the (2) $250 Visa Reward gift cards promised (from the store manager) when I upgraded my Apple Watch and iPhone AND signed up for ATT fiber internet/cable. I am very disappointed in this store's sales tactics and customer service.

Store allows outside people to purchase phones on other peoples accounts. District Manager Ryan got involved and was a total jerk. He got excited and said sue us. He refused to help with camera info. Although it was a man's ID that was used, 2 women did the theft. Ryan said it was OK for unrelated women to use a mans ID to make purchases on his account. It almost looks like the store was involved in this fraud.

AVOID THIS STORE. Other local AT&T stores called this store “shady” and suggested they committed fraud by creating a new account instead of doing a simple upgrade. Undoing what this store did to my account took almost two hours.

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 14 ProMax to an iPhone 15 Pro. To take advantage of the 1000.00 trade in promotion, I paid off my 14. I turned in my 14 at the store and waited several months but never saw the credit being applied to my bill. After investigating and several calls with ATT and trips to store I found out that the trade in was never received at AT&T’s Trade In dept and there was noFEDEX tracking number on the trade in receipt. To top it off, the trade in was cancelled 3 Days after I turned the phone in! Customer Service said only the store could have done so. AT&T will not provide any relief, my case was closed the same day I called them..I am now out 1000.00 in credits on my bill. Not my fault that the store did not follow appropriate processes. The manager who I turned in my phone to,Trace, is now a manager at a South Co location..What happened to the phone? Who cancelled the trade in and why???

I had the most amazing experience with the nicest and most helpful guys! Akil and Caleb went above and beyond and were amazing!! Highly recommend them, it was the best experience ever and they were the best…I will only go see them if I need anything…I’m so grateful!!
