Lenroy has been the MOST PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING person imaginable! Two OLD people walked into his ATT store in Oakville to buy a new phone, and he took me to exactly what I was looking for, an updated version of my old phone. He worked with us for a considerable amount of time, and was very thorough explaining everything he was doing as he did it.
Not only did I get what I needed, but he was able to give us a price we could afford.
If anyone in Oakville, MO needs a new phone or help with an old one, I suggest they ask for Lenroy!

Excellent service. Arial walked right up to me when I came in. She was very friendly. I had a return, and she had it taken care of in about 5 minutes. They weren't busy and I know I can't expect to be in and out all the time, but it was a nice experience.
