Arial was a great help. Spoke with the reps at the call center no help went to a at&t store they told me they couldn't assist came to this one and Arial was very patient and help with setting my services up. Great service.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from AT&T. The manager CeCe has been nothing short of horrible she was unprofessional, unhelpful, and frustrating at every turn. I’ve experienced incorrect information, and a lack of accountability for issues with my account. It seems like the company doesn’t value its customers at all. This manager CeCe told her employee to put his numbers in so she could use his profile to get commission from my purchase. He left for lunch and CeCe began to assist me. I originally went to pay my internet bill and decided to inquire about a trade-in to see if the deal I was offered at Costco's was better than going through AT&T. CeCe asked me what Costco was offering and she would match it, but what she didn't tell me is how she planned to match the offer. I am a teacher and she stated that getting the teachers discount of 25% also comes with an additional line. However, she made it seem as if I had to get it. I also traded in a phone and she stated trading the phone in paid my other phones off. CeCe told me she would give me a $100 visa card to match Costco's offer. She also said my bill will now be cheaper and she showed me my estimated bill amount. She stated she would throw in accessories but all this was a lie to get commission for Kamar. What’s worse is the inability to resolve these problems or get clear answers, leaving me feeling completely ignored after I looked at my account and saw how she created everything without my consent. I have 4 phones and with the new line she added makes it 5 lines. She added the new line because with a teachers discount and new service would receive that $100 visa that she was trying to match from Costco. She also changed my plans on my account to make the bill cheaper but she never asked me why I had these specific plans. I had those plans for a reason. She also added accessories like I'm gone throw this in but I would pay on it monthly. She promised me a box for the charger and she left without giving it to me and Kamar called her and she said we don't have any. I went to the N. Hwy 67 location and they were taken back by the entire situation. I was advised to return everything, get everything back to normal on my account. Well we called the West Florissant location on speaker phone and spoke with CeCe the manager to get the restock fee waived and she denied it. She asked if the seal was broken on the box of the new phone and I said Yes because you broke the seal and removed it from the box. I also did a trade-in but I never knew how much the trade-in was for because they didn't give me any of that information. CeCe left to go home and Kamar took over and he was clueless to what CeCe did on my account. I expected much better from a company of this size and reputation. I won’t be recommending AT&T to anyone based on this experience. l still didn't get my phone back from the trade-in. I can appreciate the N Hwy 67 store for assisting me in this horrific situation. They were kind and straightforward. (truthful) I pray this is helpful to all of you who read this and if you have already been and received service please check your account, especially our elders. If they did this to me then I'm almost sure this has been done to so many others!
