Just came frm AT&T when I first walked in I wasn't sure, but the young lady Mickey helped me!! I was very satisfied and she was very helpful my service as a customer was great!! I'm giving her six ? stars for a job well done!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE-On Feb 26, after visiting multiple stores to no avail, I ended up contacting your location on W. Florissant in search of the new Samsung phone. I spoke with Mickey who assured me that the store had a few Samsung S23 Ultras left. We knew that since we would be trading in our phones, that it would take a while to get everything set up. When we arrived Mickey, was a one woman show. She was simultaneously helping us along with several other customers. Our process took longer than expected and the store ended up closing. (a few hours had passed). I informed her that I could return on Wednesday to continue transferring my photos and text messages. Fast forward to Wednesday when I arrived, Mickey not only remembered me, but she continued helping me get everything successfully converted over. I say all of this to say that my faith in customer service has been restored. From someone who has worked in a few call centers, this young lady has a way with customers. Among many other things, she is knowledgeable, considerate, extremely patient and has a take charge attitude. Upon leaving the store, I recognized that she had a certificate posted for Employee of the month. I can unequivocally say that she has earned that tile! You have something special on your hands with her. Just wanted to acknowledge when someone gets it right! Mickey is one of a kind, and we wish her well. Barron & Rhonda Smith

Came here earlier this evening to buy a charger and a few other things. I understand they were busy, but not one associate bothered to acknowledge me, or anything, just gave me dirty looks and blew me off. Customer service in this store is trash. Ended up leaving and going to a different store.

Ennis the sales representative that helped my mother was A1. Excellent service very calm and patient. He did not give up until the issue was resolved and my mother had a working phone line. I will definitely go back and use their services again.

I’ve recently had a great experience with Darius kimple. I had called in to the location he was polite and listen to the problem. Then he responded how I could fixed the issues with my phone . So I wanted to let you know that I’m thankful. It’s so hard to get great customer service.

I went to this location for an upgrade (9/23/22) and in the process was given incorrect information. The representative stated I was purchasing accessories for a discount but I later find out they were applied to my bill as a payment plan. I would have never agreed and didn't accept them. At a later date the manager agreed to give me a credit for the charge (which was an error) but that did not happen. When I went back to inform him of that he was very rude because I was asking him to correct his error. Still no resolution. Not to mention they changed my insurance without content. I have been a customer for over a decade and this is turning into a deal breaker. I have been dealing with this for longer than needed.
