Had to visit the store multiple times (5) to correct an issue that they made. Received conflicting information each visit pertaining to said issue. No accountability or correction, just an ongoing cascade of problems that have become my responsibility. We were just trying to add a line to our account.

Drake was the associate that helped me again. The first time I thought it was luck. When I tell you this young man is a diamond in a rough. Not only does he run the store in confidence, the store manager is the one lucky to have him because Drake was more knowledgeable than the Store manager. I believe his name was Brian he didn't introduce himself he sat back and let Drake run the store. I see why. Promotion and demotion should be in the plans for these employees.

I’m over the moon pleased with Mike at the Lindbergh AT&T store who did what three phone calls and a visit to another AT&T store couldn’t do. Wonderful experience.

We went in to purchase an IPhone 16 for my son at the end of September. They were out of stock so they offered the IPhone 15 with FREE accessories which included a wall charger and case. We were there for 3 HOURS and it took 2 reps to get the data to transfer from the old IPhone to the new. Little did we know they changed our phone plan and we lost our HBO Max and another discount we had on one of our lines. They were trying to sell us on joining AARP to save money too. Let's just say not the best experience and we were fried when we left there! We get our first bill and what do we see that we are being charged for these accessories for 12 months! They told us they were free! Had we known we would have bought our own accessories elsewhere a lot cheaper! We called AT&T customer care and thought we had it corrected. We got this month's bill and accessory charges are back on! Yesterday customer care said they could not help us and to call one of the corporate stores. I did that and they said they could not help and gave me the loyalty department. We called loyalty department and they said sorry please call the store you purchased the phone from. After 3 hours of going back and forth with AT&T I called the store we purchased the phone from and spoke with the manager who was not helpful at all! He said that his reps should have never said that accessories were free but should have said they were included to bring the price of the phone down? This made absolutely no sense! He said that he would talk to them and offered me no resolution! He said what did you want to pay more for the phone? I said of course not and that I felt like we were scammed. They can gladly have their accessories back! FYI this location is not a corporate location and just one of the authorized retail locations. You are better to go to one of the corporate locations or just order the phone online and set it up yourself! We have been customers with AT&T 20 plus years and this is how we were treated.

I recently was in the store and Drake helped me. I traded in my old phone and got a new iPhone 16+. Drake wasn’t pushy and was very helpful and honest with all his recommendations and helping me with my purchase and making the transfer from one phone to the other. I felt very comfortable.
