I felt compelled to write to you today to commend two of your employees who provided exceptional customer service. Despite the challenging circumstances, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and exceeded our expectations.Firstly, when my daughter's phone was stolen along with her identification and bank card, we were concerned about the security of our account. However, the store at 1008 Loughborough Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63111, went out of their way to keep our account safe. The sales associate who assisted her was incredibly patient and helpful, and we are grateful for his excellent service. I unfortunately did not get his name, but she was in the store on 1/6/24 around 5:30 pm.Similarly, during my visit to your store on 1/7/24 around 1:30 pm at 7345 S Lindbergh Blvd Ste C, Saint Louis, MO 63125, I was impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Andy (I believe that was his name), our sales associate. Despite my group's numerous questions and requests, Andy remained patient and kind for over an hour. His suggestions resulted in the sale of three extra phones and the transfer of three new lines to our account. We are grateful for his hard work and believe he deserves recognition for his exceptional service.We greatly appreciate the service provided by both of these individuals. Their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable, and you are lucky to have them as representatives of your company. We strongly urge you to consider rewarding them for their exceptional service, as they are a true asset to your team.Once again, thank you for your attention to this matter. We are grateful for your hardworking employees and your commitment to customer satisfaction.

I would not recommend this location. Caleb sold my father a Samsung phone and told him it would cost him no more than $15 (including service) per month for 36 months if he joined our family plan. It is actually costing him $63 per month for 36 months. It was a complete lie. We were also informed that his phone was being added to our family account under HIS phone number, but he added it using my daughter’s phone number. It has been a mess! I will never use this location again!

The main reason for a one star review is that zero stars is no permitted.We arrived at the store at approximately 4:50 pm on 11/27. There were several people sitting and standing and a gentleman met us at the door to sign us in. We have home the info - to get a replacement I phone for my 93 year old mother. We waited and waited and watched the board on the wall which had several walk in names. I photographed it several times after mom’s name reached the top of the list, because except for names being added, we were not called. She was at the top of the list and “Chris” on the appointment side was finally called ahead of her, which I would expect. After waiting over an hour with her at the top of the list, a lady that had come in after us said, “Hey Greg (I believe) we’re not showing on the list.” The guy that had been sitting at a table helping another very nice looking customer for about 70 minutes at that time said, “ You’re next.” I asked how she could be next when we had been at the top of the list for over an hour and she came in behind us. He said that she was next and the screen on the wall didn’t work - even though I have been suing there watch it work for an hour and forty-five minutes. He said he had checked her in, which was a lie since we had watched everyone come in. I expressed my disgust and walked out the door while my wife and mother stayed to talk to them. He lied again about the board and my wife called his hand, more politely than me, and he lied a third time, so they left. Two other couples walked out after we did. .I’ve bought at least three phones from this store in the past and it was never a problem. I was ready to abandon AT&T and shut down my accounts, my wife’s account and my mother’s account. I really needed to get her a phone though, so I tried the Fenton store the next day. They did a fabulous job. I was so impressed after getting my mom situated that I bought a new iPhone 15 for my wife.Don’t waste your time at AT&T South County!

Trace came over and helped my wife and I asked us questions about our account and what we needed today, Then walked away packed up his stuff and just left. Said someone would be right with us we sat there for another 30 and not a single person talked to us. We went across the street to Verizon got 4 new phone and internet and they were awesome to work with. Do not go here

I visited the store located at Lindbergh & Lemay Ferry just a few minutes before closing. The two men that were working, Rich and Caleb, were extremely helpful and very kind. They helped me fix my phone and didn’t make me feel rushed. I thank them very much for their kindness and expertise.

Jeremy was so helpful and awesome in the store made me understand my bill a little bit more and I left with adding 2 watches,AirPods and traded in my phone and he didn’t change my bill at all!! That was amazing service! Thank you!

We will never go to this AT&T store again! We haven’t upgraded for 3 years because it’s always a hassle. We were hoping for something different this time, but that did not happen. I verbally confirmed the return policy in case we needed to change the phone in for a higher GB storage when going through the purchasing process. I was told we had 14 days. We were having an issue with storage space when transferring at the store and Cody said to go home figure out storage, but if we couldn’t, come back to the store and we could just order the other phone with more storage to be shipped to our house. We were literally back in the store within 24 hours. We were then informed there is a $55 “restocking” fee to do this. This was never mentioned the day before. The agent “helping” us, then told us to come back the next day to have this fixed, because Cody would be back in and could waive the fee. (It is now also noted in our account from the customer service manager we spoke to that evening on the phone, that this should be done). So once again, we went back the next day to be told Cody didn’t come in and now we can’t be helped until the manager comes in… in 3 days. Ugh. I’m so frustrated with this company and the disorganization throughout. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this store. This is a franchise location and we learned corporate is just down the street. We will only go there for now on. Very helpful.

Terrible AT&T location! This store engages in "fraud and deceptive practices". We have a very old AT&T plan where we have been told by AT&T employees not to give up this plan. However, I went to this location a couple of days ago to inquire about an unlimited plan special that was online and whether additional "access" charges would apply. They answered that question with a No. They were doing some price estimates if we switched to one of the new unlimited plans. I left the location with a paper "quote" on a potential switch with a plan to come back and visit the store in June as we have several phones for which the last payment was June. At NO time did I agree to make any changes or sign any document/ipad agreeing to any changes. No authorizations for changes were made whatsoever. Later, that day I started receiving text indicating that our AT&T plan had changed to a new "unlimited plan". I was caught off guard and completely surprised. I contacted the ATT corporate office and spent 2+ hours on the phone with them. They were attempting to revert back to the plan that we previously had before unauthorized changes were made to our account. We estimate that the new plan will cost us an additional $100 per month or $1200 per year. Guessing corporate has not been able to revert our plan back to the old plan as our account is still showing the new unlimited plan. Went back to the same store today and the manager refused to help indicating that I was disrespectful for indicating I will post the way my account has been changed without authorization and the way I have been treated. I also indicated that I was considering filing a complaint with the AG for their "fraud and deceptive practices". At that point the manager indicated he would no longer help me and refused to give me his name or a business card.
