Every time I enter this store I feel as if all my problems evaporate into nonexistence. Holly is so sweet and helpful, definitely the best rep I’ve worked with! Holly is a prime example of great customer service and no words can express the positive impact she had on my experience. Will definitely be returning!

Holly and another associate was very rude from the get go with me last night. The customer service of these women was very poor, as well as they did not seem to be trained properly on the types of software issues Iphones can have as well as what AT&T offers to its loyal customers. I had to leave and get help from a different store. I would not recommend going to this store because of how argumentative and combative these sales associates are. I will use the mean words of Holly and her coworker said to me, to you “if you have a problem you can just call loyalty, I’ll give you a phone to do that.” Just wow on the rudeness.

This store is a corporate store so you always know you'll get the best help for whatever your needs may be. We always have the best experience when we bring our phones for help / repair or to upgrade our phones.

Terrible experience. Tried to transfer 1 phone number from one account to another. And buy a new phone. Holy smokes how many hoops to you have to jump through.
They sold me a new phone (not a shocker) but didn’t switch the phone number over to the new account. And now my brand new phone isn’t working.
Been with this company since I first got my phone. Starting to look for other carries after this on experience.

Went here to upgrade my iPhone 15 ProMax to a 16.
Was quick and easy, except for the data transfer which took 4 hours. Was NO fault of ATT store.

No one seems to know or answer any questions regarding billing, many issues in the past and present trying to purchase a phone, changing plans, etc never ends up what we've been told.
