Horrible. Just needed to transfer 2 people off current plan and make a new one for those 2 people. Tech did their best but the system wouldn't let them do what needed to be done. We were told we could resolve it in the store. We are considering other carriers after this experience, our relative came into town from 3 hours away just so that we could resolve it and we didn't. Wish 0 stars was an option. I can see why employees are so sick of working there

Be careful, they added the protection plan to my order without my consent. Figure out what you should owe with a trade in online prior to going. I had to ask why it was $0 a month online and $23 a month in store for the same new phone.
The Chippewa store was fabulous. I went there prior and signed up for fiber. Unfortunately, they didn't have the new phone that I wanted in stock (hence a trip to Des Peres).

Be careful signing up for a plan here, they do not disclose activation fees or any surcharges. I was told my monthly cost would be around $70 dollars per month and after having the service for all of 10 days, I was hit will a bill for $141. Incredibly deceitful and dishonest company, I would recommend using any other telecommunications provider over one that lies to its new customers.

Came in looking for business lines but while waiting we were discouraged to do business after hearing the manager Heather being very rude and disrespectful to an employee. To be a manager no respect no integrity whatsoever and sounded like she was condoning and justifying another employee breaking a policy that consists of fraud. I had to stop and go on the reviews which I lacked looking at before I got here. Unfortunately the reviews were TERRIBLE employees and management LYING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT PRICES AND CHARGES. THIS IS A SHAME TO BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. SO me and my business partner left deciding to not to business at an establishment like this. ADVICE TO OWNER OR DIRECTOR OF STORE... FIRST OFF HEATHER DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING THERE IF THATS THE FACE OF YOUR BUSINESS YOUVE ALREADY LOST. YOU NEED SOMEONE THATS NOT DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE MANAGING OTHER EMPLOYEES. THAT ATTITUDE BELONGS IN A DOG HOUSE. AND FOR THAT YOUVE LOST OUT ON THOUSANDS$ I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU ALL SINCE I ALREADY HAVE ATT FOR MY PERSONAL LINE BUT I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE IGNORANCE THAT CAME FROM HEATHER TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. AND IF YOUR GOING TO DO YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE LIKE THAT WHAT TYPE OF ATTITUDE OR LIES OR DISRESPECT WOULD YOU GIVE ME AS A CUSTOMER SMH. BUT GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK SMH. my wife and I made a special trip to the store to get her a new phone. What she really wanted was a new white iPhone 16.
We asked the service person to call around to see which AT&T stores had such a phone Since your store did not.. He told us very clearly that the Creve Coeur store had one. We then made a purposeful drive from the fair to for her to get the phone she wanted. And what happens of course they have no white 16s In stock.
Certainly certainly, this did not make our day

Angel and the new associate were super helpful and very knowledgeable about products and plans! Angel even helped me because I was paying multiple protection plans and didn’t know it. They were super nice as well and tried to help in all ways possible.
The MANAGER Heather on the other hand -0/10 don’t recommend!!!
When I was being helped there was several times they had to go to the back for help or to ask a question. It honestly baffled me that she didnt come out from the back once the entire 1.5 hours I was there. Then when I just received my phone YESTERDAY in the wrong color (which I did not purchase, ATT sent it anyways) she tried to say I had to pay the $55 restocking fee. Like I said reps were great, but MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE! To the point I had to call ATT after and resolve things even though I was told they could handle everything in store.

Apple Customer Service: I had two used iPhones to trade in and you wouldn't let me. He said I could only get credit for iPhone 11 but only $85. It's robbery! And I got the 15 and you changed ALL the plugs on chargers and chords!!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. I've been with ATT for 24 years and iPhone for 20 years! All you do is rip off BILLIONS of decent citizens annually!

Terrible! Heather does not listen to what the customer wants. She tried to confuse the entire situation with a man being trained to watch. I knew what I wanted and how much it is. She said they don't have it. The laminated paper that she flipped over had it listed. Argument over. Don't treat customers like you know what they need. Give options and let the customers decide. Pushing gives a bad taste. I only returned to this location because of the man that helped me 3 years ago. I ended up going to another store as she wasn't able to figure out why the phone was not able to be switched. I figured it out and went to the corporate store on Elm Park Drive in South county. Drace was awesome, listened and accomplished what I needed. Hope this helps someone else from wasting time.
