Melvin gave me excellent service, even while very busy. He was professional and gave me some great tips to help with my car after getting the battery and alternator tested. He even triple checked his work. I will definitely be back. I believe he was a manager, and if not he should be.

I had the best experience this morning at this location. I completed a 10 hour overnight shift just to find my car refusing to start ??♀️ I came to this AutoZone location and was met with a friendly face and Brandon provided excellent customer service. He and Melvin were able to get my problem resolved quickly AND accurately. They made a $250 purchase and little more easy to handle through my frustrations and being exhausted from work. I know they have great leadership under the location manager, Morris!

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the advice that Melvin at the Creve Coeur AutoZone on Olive gave me the other day. I walked in explained a little bit of what I had going on and he took the time and detail to explain everything I need to do down to almost seconds and everything he told me to do I did and everything he said it was going to do it did. I just wanted to share my experience with this Autozone (Olive @ FeeFee). Just minutes from my home. Mr. Melvin goes above and beyond for his customers. He hooked up the tester, and in minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong. He worked his magic to help us get back on the road. We truly appreciate your service, sir. And we will be back. I can't thank you enough for your genuine hospitality.

Here's the issue. I purchased a new battery from this location on august, 22, 2022 per their request that my old battery was almost finished. I would agree with them on this. Two weeks later, my car wouldn't start at work, and I had to have my spouse come pick me up. When I dropped off the card the next day, I started right back up. Move forward a couple of weeks, and the same thing happened again. It wouldn't start, and then the next day was just fine. Then it happened again the first week of September, and then this time, it wouldn't ever start. I had to have it towed to All-Star Dodge and got a call telling me that I installed the battery incorrectly, which was the issue. I didn't install it; AutoZone did when I purchased it. I reached out to AutoZone and was told to contact corporate. I emailed corporate a message and, about a day later, got a voicemail from the regional/general manager in the area for that store location. I called him back, and he said he would get back to me in a few days. A couple of days go by, and nothing. I texted him regarding the issue and received a I'll look at it over the weekend. About two weeks go by, and still nothing from him. I sent another text message to him and got the same reply. Fast forward seven months later, and of course, I never heard back from him. Be careful getting a battery installed; if you have something wrong afterward, check the battery.

My car was out of oil and I was rushing to see my mom before she went into surgery. The people here helped me so much and so quickly I made it in time to see her. This is a great place to help if you are automotivly challenged like me. Edin was the best and help me get my hood open (so complicated-why) add the oil, and double check the levels. He did not have to do that and I really appreciate his time and everyone's help there. Thank you all for being great people and really making someone's day better.

Nice people.... The read the check engine light on my Toyota Sienna on the way to the dealership. Unfortunately, they also cleared the codes w/o asking, sonow Toyota cannot see theem!!!You know what they say about good intentions!
