I came on one of them -0° days to get my battery replaced, and the young lady was there by herself with the security guard. She was handling phones, customers in front of her, getting parts, batteries, and all! By Herself! Did not say one mean thing, did not look mad. She handled everything professionally. I don't remember her name, but y'all know the day she was by herself! Good Job Ma'am!!

Great store. Clean, well stocked, with personable employees. They have armed security and I've seen them shake down ppl more than once, so don't make the mistake of thinking this is the place to go for that foolery ?.
