The worst possible place to try to take a vehicle. A junkyard would be more helpful. And don't even think about calling ahead to make sure they will lie to you straight to your face about if they have what you're looking for.

Sold me a broken dented oil filter and when I went to exchange it after seeing the damage a week later said I couldn’t exchange it without the receipts and couldn’t look for it under the number it was purchased under which I know isn’t true because stores MUST keep records of all sales. Had to buy a whole new filter while being rudely bossed around by employees in the store. Worst autozone in St. Louis would not recommend.

Two gentlemen helped me with a dead battery today. Despite the frustration of having to replace the battery 3 times in as many years, they made charging, testing, and swapping the bad battery simple and as painless as possible. Major kudos.

This location has always provided exceptional service. The manager even went out of her way to give me a ride to take me to my broken down car and helped me get it started. I can't say enough good things about the service and the helpfulness of the employees the several times that I have been in the store.

Poor service doesn't honor there sales that's posted and that's from the manager they don't know what deals they have even when it's posted on the items. SaD... should Be No stars. It's always like this at that store it should be closed down for a Dodge
