I stopped into this AutoZone location this evening to have my battery tested and to consider replacing it if needed. The man who helped us out, Brendan, impressed me with his care and consideration of the situation with my battery. Not only did he take the battery out and test it, but he also taught us what to look for when taking the battery out, when testing it with the gauge and when putting it back in. I wanted to give him a major shoutout for the service and care he took with my car. Thank you, sir. Keep up the good work!

There is a new lady I saw working there yesterday and the day before. She seemed to be making an extra effort to be really nice and friendly to people. That's always nice to see.
This place usually isn't super well stocked and can be very busy. The staff are good though.

I'll take my business to another auto part store from here on.
Wow, I just looked at the reviews, I should have read them first, I wouldn't have gone here. I'm 40 and have been using AZ since I was 16. My family won't be using them even for washer fluid from here on.

The worst Autozone I have ever seen in the US they have very rode lady she don’t help by one word
I was there 2 times and every visit was worse
And I well never forget how she was looking at me and smiling when I asked about something
I wish I remembered using my phone and recorded a video for that

Worst autozone I have ever been to. Managers wanna argue with you completely rude and disrespectful the manager is rude and disrespectful and will not be returning. This isn’t the first time this has happened they act like they don’t wanna help you or your are inconveniencing them from smokin infront of the store will not be back.. EVER!!!!!! It I could give zero stars I would….

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Lady was disrespectful and wouldn't help. She also said she didn't have enough staff to come outside to do battery test, but few minutes later was sitting out front relaxing.

Worst experience ever. If you want to speak with rude, incompetent employees you should go there. The employee that we spoke to insulted us several times. She insinuated horrible things about my husband based off of his looks. She followed us around the store and made a very awful comment about him being of Mexican decent. They know nothing about cars or parts for that matter. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The other employee that tried to help was nice but he broke another part on our car.
I know it's St Louis but I really didnt think the lack of professionalism was going to be this horrendous. The employees treated us like we were an annoyance. They didn't want to get up from sitting at their seat and sighed when another customer asked for help. After this unwaranted outright unprofessional experience I will be calling the district manager regarding this incident as I have the encounter recorded.
