I just wanted help, with returning a battery, the three employees who helped me had a bad face, they speak to you without courtesy, I hope to never return to that store, and the manager did me worse, terrible service.

Worth calling the number on the back of the receipt. The rude behavior from all employees. To speak about customers like that, you should be ashamed. Most ashamed should be the manager behind the commercial desk. AutoZone likly lost my business all together going forward. She should be terminated

came in for a possible parts need. manager told me to go to a local shop she recommended (which turned out to be great) so I could get it inspected first. She said she didn’t want to rip me off by having me buy a part I wasn’t sure I needed. 10/10, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, good community connections.

Just left this store and Judy - is an amazing asset to this store, she walked me through online ordering. I am 33 years old and the website layout is confusing. Judy truly cares about her job and the guests that come in. If she is not already a manger promote her asap.Updated review — I had Judy helping me place my order online, once I learned that she hadn’t taken a break, I told her I don’t mind being helped by another employee. (Judy is a sweetheart at no point did she say I gotta go on break! I am hungry! She made it her mission to help me. She passed me along to a gentleman he is new to the store John I believe, he came to the conclusion that unfortunately we were running into a technical issue and unfortunately it was outta his hands and he couldn’t accommodate the online promo. He apologized and I truly believe exhausted every option as Judy had beforehand. I got amazing service I was in shock at their willingness to help me. John tried calling the district manger to help me that day but unfortunately there was no answer. John apologized and said if you come back tomorrow we would be happy to assist you once a manger is here. This type of service made me want to buy my products from this exact location!!!! Melissa the manger !!!! Well done today you took care of me, I can only assume that such great employees come from such a great team lead. 10/10 for this store you guys absolutely rock !!!!

I read on Google that auto part places will buy your recyclable battery. I took for granted they would offer cash. They did not. I got a $20 gift card. $10 for each battery .The CSR didn't appear to like her job and was very dry and short with a monotone voice.

Staff didn't want to be bothered to help me find an item. Was told, 'maybe it's in aisle 5.'Wouldn't check me out themselves, made me use self check. No hello, no thanks for coming in.

I know nothing about cars so this store intimidates me. I had to go buy a battery for my car about a week ago. The lady at the register looked so overworked and down that I didn't even care that she was rude and off putting. Then I went back a second time and the gentleman was very nice. I think she was just having a bad day. So I'll keep this at 4 stars - giving the benefit of the doubt that she was just off that day. Otherwise, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

All these auto places are pretty much the same to me, but I go to Auto Zone because you get 10 percent off when I pay with my Cash App card.

Visited with my husband. The staff were very helpful in addressing our particular needs for specific auto parts. The store was organized. The parking lot could be picked up more.
