For sum strange reason the Caucasian staff was angry, tired, and rude. When I first walk in he said What the hell want. Order a part 65 dollars and sum change went outside to get change from car and as I exit I here to guy talking saying get the hell out of here. I ignore because didn't believe they where talking to me. So I come back in pay for my part just purchased and asked the Man if he would check my battery he said ok give me a few mins.
So I go out to the car prop my hood up and waited patiently for over an 1hr. No one showed up with battery tester and all three guys came out and smoked a cigarette and looked at me so I waited till the finish there cigarettes and waited 20 more mins and nothing so I wrote this review .

Went there today with my Significant other to return a $40+ part bought on card that was just bought yesterday.
I was the calmer of the two, fully respectful and listening.
Apparently according to the "Manager" on shift, we can't do return on Sundays due to corporate? And then they switch it up and just don't do cash refunds on Sundays? (We didn't use cash)
And you say any any other location would tell me the same?
Yeah, bold claim when we both look into Autozones Terms and Refunds, and went to the location less than a mile away and they did the return and let us know the previous store just didn't want to deal with us!
I'd make sure your employees know not to claim their laziness is based on corporate decisions.
As prior management of an establishment, one less return isn't worth losing your job over.
If you get paid to assist customers, it isn't that difficult to do.
A little mutual respect for the people funding your paycheck saves from poor situations and poor customer service like this.

Always get treated like a common thief. Been sold the wrong parts 8 out of 10 times in a row. I tell them what I actually need & they want to argue. Even argue about returning incorrect parts that I just purchased & realized they were wrong in the parking lot. Have to show my receipt to the guy who just rang me up 2 minutes before. More worried about theft than helping paying customer. Hate going to this place!!

This is by far the worst autozone you can ask for as far as the workers i worked at this location for nearly a month and had to call it quits the manager, Steve is a complete Ahole as well as the manager mike they both are prejudice and racist they just mask it but it shows the commercial manager, Vincent
Is also a Ahole the entire store made me Completely uncomfortable from the day I started to the day I quit. None of them knows how to run a store or manage it. The only person that was good at their job was Edin but he can be a Ahole as well at times but he ok As far as the rest of the workers, their racist prejudice and in cahoots months before i even started my mom warned me about this location and prior to me starting every single AutoZone warn me about this particular location. It’s a horrible place to be for a customer and as a worker They really need to find better managers, and I believe that location would be great

Edin at the front counter was very helpful and had extensive knowledge regarding my diesel VW. He also went out of his way and gave me a referral for his brother skydiving company ‘gatewayskydivingcenter’

Store is quick and accurate with my orders and they’re usually helpful inside, but the atmosphere can be weird when you go in. Older guy seems crabby and a bit prejudiced. My husband mentioned it because he notices how interactions differ between us. Him being white and I’m black, it’s interesting to see how people approach us differently. It’s understandable tho as the area has a lot of homeless and degeneracy.

Highly recommend going here! Edin was so incredibly helpful and went over the top to make sure my car was running well and that I knew what maintenance was needed! He was fast and very knowledgeable and fixed all my problems and answered all my questions! Never had bad service here!
