About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Saint Louis operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. Customers report it is absolutely the best rental car place, with staff described as amazing, professional, personable, and thorough. The location goes out of its way to accommodate changes and needs, leading to high customer loyalty. Many are very impressed and could not be happier with their experience, often renting clean, late-model cars with low miles at a reasonable price with no issues. However, some practical challenges exist. The parking lot is tight, incredibly hard, and very inconvenient to use, making getting in and out difficult. For truck rentals, pre-rental inspection is advised, as issues like non-working AC, missing knobs, interior trash, dirty floors, and an unresolved tire pressure light have been noted. While staff are always nice and help resolve problems, the vehicles can show signs of wear from previous renters.

I travel a lot for work so I get rental cars often. I can easily say this is my favorite location to work with. I’ve never had an issue with getting the car type I requested, they make checking in and out quick and easy, and the staff are always very nice and responsive. This location will always be my preference!

Guyer took care of us and was very patient, thorough and helpful. It took a while to get to him because of folks in front of us with challenges, and it was worth it. Even when our car was inadvertently assigned by another counter person to someone else, he immediately got us on the road with an upgrade for our trouble.
