I brought both of my cats in (M/F) on Friday, 3/15. They both just needed their comprehensive exams and a nail trim. Staff was great at drop off- asked if I had any concerns, gave tips/advice to correct behavioral issues, etc. I forgot to mention my male cat has been having some seasonal allergies and asked the front desk to pass the message along. I was told in the initial consultation that the vet would speak with me upon pickup. I never met her. She did not come out when I came to pick up. The vet tech sent me on my way, no follow up on the allergies. I checked my app and noticed my female cat’s birthdate was put in incorrectly (off by a few weeks) and that their weights were swapped. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, an easy fix. However, both of my cats were prescribed medication to take that evening, and naturally, I gave them both the medication that was labeled with their name. Again, normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but my female cat is significantly smaller than my male cat and because their weights were swapped, she ended up taking my male cat’s medication, which was almost DOUBLE what she should’ve taken. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Banfield, SHAME ON YOU. What if this were a medication that my cat could only take a specific amount of? You could’ve made her extremely sick, or worse. We will be cancelling our membership. Additionally, my female cat’s birthdate is still incorrect, even after telling the tech the correct date.

Efficient. Always remind you about checkups. Nice staff. We have been coming here for 7 or more years. Nice health plans for animals with monthly fees. It's pretty easy to use.

I have been taking my dog Leo here for about a year. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The front desk girl Kayla is super nice and friendly and has helped me schedule Leo many times she really cares about your pet. I highly recommended Banfield. :)

We had Banfield for 3 of our dogs over the last 15 years. Good service until recently. We had a couple instances where we needed to get our dog in to have her looked at and they continued to defer to emergency vet. We just needed an appointment, wasn't an emergency. We were paying for Wellness Plan that included vet visits. No longer receiving service so cancelled. Then they proceeded to charge us for services "rendered" to cancel. Be careful of going here, I'm changing to a more reputable vet.

Cancelling appts with out notice and then lying that they called because I have not recieved any calls and confirmed online. Do your job and stop making things up. Not coming back to this location. This is the 3rd time and my dog is over 2 months over due for rabies vacc

This place is pretty great. I like the payment plan and the follow up phone calls . The only thing I don't like about it is that you usually have to drop off your pet for their appointments. I miss the days of being able to stay with my babies while the vet sees them. And they usually end up staying for hours when the actual appointment only takes about 15 minutes.

I’ve had a wellness plan for my dog for 15 years through Banfield. Maintenance appointments have always been easy. This is the first time my dog is sick and they can’t get him in for a week. I now have to pay to take him somewhere else. I have canceled my plan and will be continuing with a local veterinarian.

I love this Banfield. I have the wellness plan for both of my dogs. Great customer service, they call you the next day to check how your pet is doing everytime. 10/10 will always recommend

Exactly two weeks ago I paid for an exam and first flu vaccine for my dog. At that time I was told I could bring my dog back in two weeks for the booster without being charged for another office visit, just for the cost of the booster.Today they told me I would be charged for another $120 exam AND the booster. I said we don't need to see the vet; we just need the booster shot. I was told that wasn't their policy. Of course it is company policy to squeeze as much money out of pet owners as they possibly can. They called it miscommunication; I call it deceptive business practices.

Wait times were over an hour. Other than that, the staff is kind and friendly. The Dr's are very kind!!
