The Security Guard was a gentleman, helpful, kind and guided me to the drive through atm. When I’ve been inside for a transaction, the Teller’s answer questions calmly and have been more helpful at this location than other BofA’s in stl which is staying. My go to BofA

I was honored with Customer Service with Teresa Chambers on 04/20/23. I'd gone there because my debit card wouldn't work and found out it had to be repinned, got a lot more insight on managing my Funds and was very appreciative of the guidance, l am so glad that my instinct sent me there this day, I have a advisor on financial and will be going back, Thank you so much ? I need to remind boa that the bank at Euclid and Lindell in St. Louis MO isn't just the rudest least staffed incompetent bank in the city or state. It's possible that this staff is the least qualified in the nation. One teller but four greeters in the lobby doing nothing. And don't even ask for quarters.

Great location, the parking lot is very small so you may have to park on the street. If you are in a hurry I would just park on the street and run in. Ninety percent of the time the parking lot is full so parking on the street will just save you time. There is a security guard when you walk in and no matter who it is they are extremely friendly. Then when you walk into the branch there is someone behind a small desk who greets you and takes you or will show you where you need to go. Everyone I encounter is very kind.

I only have one star because there's no choice for zero!!!! This is the worst branch ever! Rude, condescending, no customer service what so ever ! The one good thing this branch had going for it was the virtual teller. At least they had customer service! Will never do business at this branch again!

Epic poor service. Condescending, mansplaining, bank personnel there. I had a six figure check from inheritance and they couldn't even listen to me and what I needed.

We needed old bank statements from an account that was closed about a year ago, for tax filing purposes for a community organization. Despite no longer being active customers the staff were super helpful and accommodating. I’d highly recommend working with this group. Thanks Darryl!

Worst bank ever! Is there anything lower than 1 star? National bank is unable to provide any support. Pull your money out while you can. Keeping it under your mattress is safer.

I recently visited this branch and tried to withdraw money out of my account. The gentleman behind the counter was taking a fairly long time. When I asked him was there a issue he told me that they recently have had people fraudulently withdrawing money from accounts. In mind I’m thinking what does that have to do with me besides the color of my skin. He was very rude and unprofessional. I definitely felt like I was racially profiled. When I tried to make a complaint I was told by the bank teller I didn’t need to speak with a manager because he was going to give me my money. I will never visit this branch again.
