Horrible service!!!! The people are nice but there is always a huge wait… the line wrapped around the lobby and there are only 2 tellers. There are 8 available spots but only 2 working. There are two hosts walking around trying to help but the people need access to their accounts not a friendly smile!!!!!

I have been a longtime client of Bank Of America, I opened a custodial account for my nephew who is now of age and he worked with Albania. She explained everything from start to finish to him. He invest into some CD”s with a great return. She has earned Bank of America a new life long client. Thank you for all your kindness & Knowledge. 10/10

I used the atm at the Hampton branch the arm machine crashed as I was making a deposit on August 9. Then my account had a negative balance, I called the back they made an error then said they debited my money back and it’s stated on my account as if the money has been debited but yet my money has not shown up yet. I’ve been calling all morning. I’m thinking about filling a lawsuit

I arrived for a scheduled appointment today only to be told that they couldn't help me. Even though I had gathered all of the requested documents. I've had accounts with Bank of America since 2004; when I mentioned that I may have to move my banking elsewhere since apparently that would be easier than making any kind of change with BofA, she said fine, go. Thanks for the total waste of time!

I don’t and would never bank here but I have to come in monthly to handle a certain payment and I dread it. There has never been more than 2 tellers, and I always stand in line for at least 20 minutes. Bank is filled with other staff seemingly doing nothing to help the line of irritated customers. I spoke up today and everyone in the line agreed and just started talking about how this branch is the worstttt!

I helped someone clear up a closed account. We didn't find out about the debt until 4PM that day. We arrived 15 minutes before close. JoAnn the manager and the brunette at the third station helped us greatly.

My daughter called 3 different banks and NO ONE answered the phones. She tried to call 5 . I just called 6 difference banks and NO ONE answered the phone. That is pretty sad for business

This, Bank really doesn’t deserve a 1.8 rating. They definitely deserve five stars!Everyone was really nice and helpful .
