I have leased a unit numerous times and they are always clean and affordable. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Doug is always anxious to help. I wouldn’t use any other place but Oakville Storage!

I needed the storage due to selling a house and also getting furniture from my parents house. This gave me a place to move it into and time to assimilate it. South Deer Isle Storage was clean, dry and very accessible via vehicle. The managers were very responsive to texts and emails. I am very satisfied with the experience over the 16 months i used it. I recommend it.

The manager at the storage facility was super friendly and made my first time using a store unit exceptionally quick and easy. The unit had more than enough room to accommodate our needs and was very clean. I was very impressed that they let us use the unit three days into the month of August without penalizing us and making us pay for an additional full month. Will absolutely use them again if I have need for short or long term storage in the area. Highly recommended!

Great facility! Perfect size for what my family and I required. Everything was kept dry. No issues. Staff is friendly and professional, answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly.

This place is the best and couldn’t be simpler to book a unit or even the cancellation process when and if needed. The selection, hours, and amenities are great and the price is fair. Already looking at my second unit as my experience has been so great and I need the additional space!

We have had a spot Deb's Outback Storage for at least 10 years -- maybe more -- and Deb was always friendly, responsive and accommodating. We just sold our trailer so no longer need storage.

DO NOT USE!
This used to be Baumgartner Storage, and they were pretty good until they were sold.
In the recent storms, Oakville Self Storage lost power. The gates were wide open, no climate control, and no one on the site when I drove around. I get that storms happen, but they never even sent out an email to notify customers.
Three days later, when I finally spotted a property manager, he didn't even apologize and spoke to my fiance and not to me. He was rude and antagonistic.
I moved out.

See lots of reviews about security. Well, just got a call; my catalytic converter was stolen. They sent some pics taken of the damaged fence where the thieves got through but they told me I'd have to wait till Tuesday to get copies of the pics, no video, that the security cameras took along with some things they said the thieves left behind. Just got a call from the owner and they are terminating my lease for posting this review.

Safe and secure place for storage! They stay in contact with you on proper measures for security. In today's world it's tough. But we feel this establishment goes above and beyond to secure the property you store at their facility. We love partnering with a mom and pop facility.

i have only one suggestion to have the billing and rental payment dates to be prorated on the first initial month, so that a person such as myself living on retirement SSA can keep the locker current through out the entire month, rented on the 22nd day of the month i sometimes could pay 2 months at once, not always though, so by up;dating the billing cycle to enable renter. to keep it current the entire month long, would benefit the automatic payment day to be auto payed on such a certain day of every month. i have rented lockers before in the past and Baumgartner Storage is the cleanest both locker front areas and facility all around than any other, also the lot is lite up well at night and as a woman i feel safe when i access my unit between midnight and 6 am thank you so much for the opportunity to enter the drawing for $100. again thank yoiu
