My husband and I needed a storage unit last minute. Their staff was very responsive, accommodating and the unit is super clean! I like that I have a personalized access code for the gate, it really increases our feel of security. Highly recommend!

Really like this place but tonight while working on our camper trailer, a guy with a early 2000's Chevy 2500 Duramax kept circling us and complaining the security guard wasn't there. He was only circling where we were and then followed us to the front gate. But we forgot to make sure we picked up something and went back to our trailer and he followed us right on our bumper. He then proceeded to follow us back to the front gate to leave. We got out of there as fast as we could. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable

Staff was very helpful. Above and beyond both on the phone before arriving and when I got there. They made it so easy to rent a trailer and helped us the whole way through until we left the lot.

I never expected to receive rave worthy service from a U-Haul and storage place...but wow! This place is amazing. We needed some moving supplies, a couple of U-Boxes (U-Haul's version of the POD storage system) to hold our belongings while we were between houses, and a truck to pull a trailer. From my first visit to get some boxes, to my last experience when they dropped my last U-Box off at our new house, every staff member was super nice, extremely helpful, and went above and well beyond the level of service I'd expect from a U-Haul/Storage facility. I've honestly never been so wowed at the level of customer service ANYWHERE as I was with Baumgartner Storage. They took good care of our boxes/belongings while they were in storage, too. Everything was delivered exactly the way we packed it into the U-Boxes.
