My wife and I had been speaking to 3 - 4 different lenders to find the right one for us as first-time homebuyers. We had a ton of questions & just needed straightforward advice (without a sales pitch) on what our options were. I was open with Matt on what the other lenders were offering, and in response, he went out and made it his mission to beat their terms WHILE taking the time to explain every option to my wife and I. He then showed up in person on closing day to walk us through everything and answer even more questions. Matt worked extremely hard for us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable before we committed. Could not recommend any more. Thank you, Matt!

I highly recommend Matt Mallette at Bell Bank for your new home loan. Matt was professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed of each step along the way. I was not local but he made the process smooth and using the app made getting the required documents to him easy. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is super nice. Matt was very helpful. I was given quite a bit of pushback from another lender regarding my unique name. He easily took it on and had me pre approved. He was also able to get me closed on my new place in 2 weeks! Will definitely use him again.

Matt came out to our place and reviewed the loan options available to us in an understandable manner. He listened to our questions closely and answered each of them thoroughly. During the loan application, processing , and the contract negotiations he made himself available and replied promptly. He was very courteous and professional and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. His loan processor, Nicki was a joy to work with and also quick to address any concerns.

As any home buyer knows, dealing with financials is stressful and intimidating most times. Matt Mallette at Bell Bank Mortgage made the process smooth and easy. Being a first-time home buyer, I had a ton of questions about the process and details of my loan options. Matt made himself readily available to answer all of my questions, no matter what day it was. He was thorough in his questions about what my top priorities were for a home loan and broke down all my options to find the best one for my situation. The online portal Bell Bank Mortgage uses was a great tool as well. It made getting all the necessary documents to Matt, secure and easy. Not to mention, it made eSigning some documents a breeze. Overall, I had a great experience with Bell Bank Mortgage and Matt Mallette with purchasing my first home.
