Very pleased with my experience with Bella Bridesmaids! Staff was friendly and helped me figure out what size to order even when they didn’t have an exact style and brand of the dress I wanted. Dress came in earlier than quoted and I had plenty of time to get it tailored exactly how I needed it for my friend’s wedding and got tons of compliments.

The people are very unfriendly, very little help other than putting a dress in the dressing room. If you are looking for anything bigger than a 10 good luck finding it. Guilt you into ordering through them saying the colors won't match unless you do. Of no help had to order dresses after trying nothing on. Not worth your time going there.

Made an appointment online. Wedding is less than 3 months away. Was called 2 days later and was completely rushed through the conversation and told that they need 6 months to order and get dresses so they were cancelling my appt. Didn’t try to apologize for cancelling and I couldn’t get a word in so I finally hung up. I had a few other questions and didn’t even try to ask because the woman on the phone didn’t want to listen at all. Unprofessional.

If you are larger than a B cup - there’s no support for you here (literally). Ordered a Jenny Yoo after being fitted and the bust was a disaster. I got zero help from the designer or the staff at Bella. They said “the tailor would be able to fix it” and the tailor did not agree. Save your time & money and order from an online boutique - I’ve had much more success that way for less than half of the price.

Had the best experience here! The girls were so helpful and answered any questions we had. Pulled all the dresses we wanted, and didn’t pressure us to buy anything. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for bridesmaid dress shopping!

Very disappointed in my experience here. I am a plus size bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and my bride chose this company. I made an appointment and went. When arriving, they had already pulled the bridesmaids dress that my bride chose for me. I could tell it was much smaller than me so I knew instantly that I would not be able to try it on. It appeared to be a size 4-6. After measuring me, she said I am an 18 in bust and waist but a 24 in the hips. She then asked if I wanted to try on the sample on the rack. Confused… I asked the associate, “it looks small… would I even be able to get into it?” To which she replied, “hahahaahahahhaahaha. No!”
HOW RUDE!
With this, the store is pretty small and doesn’t appear to be set up well. We were talking at a taller table with a laptop. And another worker came up and bumped my purse and everything fell out of my bag.
I would not recommend this store.

Absolutely horrible service. The sales associates barely even got up to help me unless I asked them direct questions. They extremely rude to my mother and I. They also had no explanation on how alterations worked and were of no help. I would never go there if you want any customer support at all.

We arrived to a very grumpy lady working. She had an attitude and couldn't be bothered with helping us at all. She was working in her laptop the whole time we were there. I had to get the dresses for all of my bridesmaids, take picturesto remember which ones we liked and hold the dress in place to see the qctual fit. If you are looking for an enjoyable, welcoming atmosphere this is not the place to go. We booked another bridesmaid appointment for a different business while we were there.

The bride and our group of bridesmaids did not have a pleasant experience. The employees were very inattentive. On their devices the whole time. When they were asked questions they look exasperated to help. Didn’t pull dresses for everyone. Didn’t fit girls into dresses until being told to. I honestly felt like they only cared if the girl was a size 2, if you’re plus sized they really didn’t care and gave dirty looks the whole time.Also heard them in their little room with a door closed they were annoyed and couldn’t wait for us to leave.Very unprofessional

I used Bella Bridesmaids for my bridesmaids. I think my experience was probably a little different than others as most of my bridesmaids were around the country, so they dealt with separate stores. I will say it was nice they were able to see and touch the fabric/see the dresses, and the amount of dresses available were plentiful. They were also timely in getting dresses back to us, which was nice.I do have quite a few cons. They don't do on-site alterations, which is fine, but most of my girls had VERY expensive alterations. 5/8 of them received dresses that were extremely big on them despite being measured in person, paying almost as much as the total of the dresses. They say they used Dessy, our dress manufacturer, and their sizing chart, but I was not thrilled about how expensive it was for them. When I filed my compliant via DM, but local store was great in calling me back quickly, but corporate did nothing to right the situation.Additionally, they sent one of my bridesmaids the wrong dress despite going through the group order/approval process. Luckily she liked it and we didn't bother to replace it, but I looked at all the dress orders and approved them, so not sure how that happened. If you use Bella, I'd manage them a little closer than I did for mine. It wasn't the best experience in terms of planning.However, with that said, it all got resolved by us later, and the dresses were beautiful on the actual day. If you go with Bella, proceed with caution and manage closely.

Very pushy. Felt rushed and very pressured. Was told we needed to order today for it to come in time 7 months early, when other shops tell us we still have time. Dresses on website that we wanted to try on were not in stock or discontinued.

I cannot rave enough about the ladies at Bella Bridesmaids in St. Louis. Less than two months before my wedding, I told them I wanted to add another bridesmaid to my wedding party. All my other dresses were already in, but they went above and beyond and we were able to find my final bridesmaid a dress in her EXACT SIZE. I can't thank them enough for giving me the gift being able to add her to my wedding party. From my very first phone call to their store, I knew I was in good hands!

Taylor was great to work with! She knew what she was doing and had great suggestions!! A ton of amazing selections. I do wish the appointments were longer then 45 minutes!
