I will never use Beverly Hills pharmacy ever again and if you use them stop. On May 16th I had surgery mind you my primary doctor had called in a prescription for my Oxycodone on May 14th
I didn’t get a call on the 14th or the 15th saying my prescription was ready. So after my surgery on May 16th I called Beverly Hills pharmacy at 10:06 am to see if my pain pills were ready.
And I was told I had to buy past prescription that I no longer have use for in order to get my pain medicine.
Someone tell me how in the hell can they make you pay for something you don’t need 🤔 my primary doctor called the pharmacy and the surgeon that did my surgery at 8:00am that morning. And got the same answer and they were pissed!
They had never heard of it. So my primary doctor had to switch my pain medicine to Walgreens I didn’t get my pain medicine until 6:45pm I was in pain for 8 and half hours.

They always deliver my mother’s medication with no problem. If you have any questions, the pharmacist there will always help you. They also deliver, and the delivery drivers are always on point and very helpful.

Only a customer for about a month….Started off somewhat okay on the very first visit (had an older gentleman with white hair stare at me from behind the counter without saying a word)….A couple of female employees have bad dispositions with their attitudes, particularly up at the front register, and a delivery driver with glasses. First delivery, this female driver was not so welcoming. 2nd scheduled delivery, I spoke with an in-store representative named Dori to set up a delivery time for the following day, between 3-5pm….The next day, I step out, and when I came back home, the delivery person left a note saying she had been to my home an hour prior. Getting medicine, and being prompt about it, is critically important to a clients time and health. I called a number that connected me to the driver, and asked her what went wrong. She sarcastically chuckled, and said….. “I’m just a driver, you need to contact the pharmacy….”…..Really? Contacted the lady Dori I spoke too the day before, and she said it was a mix up with the delivery department. Mind you, on my very first delivery, I was told we couldn’t schedule a time, but on the second one, I can?…..Sounds to me like the driver and/or other staff wants to select a time convenient for them, and the heck with the customer. I can’t deal with incompetence when dealing with my important medications. I politely told the lady Dori, I would be taking my business elsewhere. Over before it got started…..Poor attitudes and incompetence will kill your business model every time.

This is a fairly new pharmacy my family has started using and oh my gosh the customer service is impeccable! They go above and beyond especially coming from the previous pharmacy we have used (Walgreens across the street) they even offer medication delivery (heaven!) sad I didn't know about them sooner! Check this out and join the family you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend?

Beverly Hills is hands down the best. They work as a team. If they don't have it, they go out of their way to get it, and they keep you informed. The delivery system never skips a beat. They have been giving me car service since my leg has been messed up. And u never have to worry about your security

I order my grandmothers medicine and they say they will deliver it and don't. this is the third time, I‘m switching they are horrible and have horrible customer service. Do not shop here!
