Took it to the Bike Center and they told me that it wasn't fixable which really didn't surprise me. I ask for a new wheel which they had in stock and about a total of 10 mins I was out the door whith everything I needed for the bike. They’re currently a bit backlogged on tune-ups, but since my main complaint with my bike were the brakes (the back brakes were constantly dragging on the wheel + front brake didn’t actuate at all), they fit me in right there. (Very grateful for that. I would have had to make time to come back or go to a different shop.)
I believe I was in there for less than 30 minutes, so the fix was both prompt and thorough. (They also fixed my steering column and the placement of the brake levers, which were both super loose. There may have been a few other adjustments which flew over my head.)
The price was so reasonable that I had to leave a tip. I can finally ride my bike! (It felt like I was fighting it before.)”

Julian was even able to interact beautifully well with my 8-year-old, as it was for him that we were buying a bike. Very confident in our purchase, since we can bring it in for tuneups for the lifetime of the bike. The people know and stand behind their product; that’s for sure.”
