A great gym! It's small but has everything you need with time large studio, one small studio, and a cycle studio! They have free Fittness classes for all members with great instructors. The only thing that I don't love is the parking. They only have two hour parking in the garage but there is street parking and a lot across the street that is usually free, but other than that they have great staff and it's usually pretty clean!

Move by BJC is a small to medium sized gym located in a shared building at the Cortex Innovation Community (CIC). The facility is equipped with standard equipment for strength and cardiovascular training. Additionally, there is a large selection of cross-training equipment including sleds, tires, smash balls, TRX straps, training ropes and ergometers. Compared to gyms I have attended in the past, Move is exceptionally clean and does not suffer from overcrowding (even during peak hours). It is worth noting that if you are commuting by car, the best place to park is the Orange Visitor's Garage, which can be accessed off of Custom Steel Drive. From there, it is a short walk (less than 200 ft) to enter the shared building located at 4220 Duncan Ave. At the end of the visit, parking can be validated for up to 2 hours using the original parking ticket. Overall, I highly recommend getting a 7 day guest pass to try it out if you are looking for a new gym!

Inexpensive. Decent equipment. Moderate crowding. Would be improved by replacing broken equipment and by longer hours.

Affordable price, good selection of both weightlifting and cardio machines. Excellent staff. Multiple common areas, classes, physical therapy options, massage etc available. The best part is it’s not crowded even during peak hours.

Very clean, well maintained gym. Kind staff. Small but doesn't get too crowded except for typical hours (5-8) Has most equipment you could need including 2 squat racks and benches.

I miss the massage chairs and hydro from planet fitness but on site massage professionals and free weights. Plus the convenience of location for me is worth it

Absolutely love this gym! It’s clean, has updated equipment, plenty of space, and it hardly ever gets crowded. The staff is super friendly and so is everyone that works out here. I’ve been going to Move for 4 years and only left because I am moving. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a relaxed, safe, and comfortable place to workout!

Nice location. The classes are extra for SilverSneakers participants, but being able to use the exercising equipment is great. I love swimming pools, and if there was one on site, it would have been fantastic.
