If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. Kenneth was a great tax advisor and never had ANY issues. However this year I was assigned a new tax advisor. She was a nice person but not great at her job, the professionalism was severely lacking by her and her office manager Paul. I have been MORE than patient with them. I still have not received my refund after six months of filing, I was reaching out for help multiple times. They never provided a solution, hardly responded, and I was consistently ignored or rescheduled my appointments to check in with my refund. A very helpful customer service agent informed me since H&R block had not fully processed my tax return, that I would be refunded the ridiculous fee of hundreds of dollars, however that was not the case. Instead they attempted to charge me an additional fee of $99 to file an amended return after they were of no use to the first return they filed. Not to mention Paul Roam the manager had called me to discuss my complaint I filed with customer service, and after he told me he would not be refunding me and there was nothing further he could do, he HUNG UP on me before I could finish speaking. After six months of getting nowhere with H&R block for my tax return, they told me they will not refund me, tried to charge me an additional fee, and hung up on me. I also paid the peace of mind fee and he told me that it would not apply to me. This place is a joke and I will never be returning. No compassion or sympathy towards their clients whatsoever.

Lauren did a great job helping me file my taxes and keeping my kiddo entertained. She’s also always there to help with any issues or questions I have! Overall, great experience! Front Desk is very friendly as well.

My taxes were done in an excellent manner. Ed Rohde is very friendly and professional. My only complaint was the cost. I have nothing to compare but it seemed high for an hour of work. That being said, I plan on returning next year.

Horrible experience. Ed Rohde didn't listen to my question and kept repeating the same answer. Left to come back and finish later with another preparer but when I tried to get in again all I got was let me call you back after Angel comes in at noon. Finally after another phone call at 230pm with the same result I decided to switch to another office. Now I finally did receive a call back 4 hours later.
