My husband had an appointment for this past Saturday. August 2nd at 10am. When he got to his appointment the doors were locked. He waited until 10:20am and no one ever showed. Very frustrating and unprofessional

I worked with Carolyn on a fairly small amendment needed for my state taxes that I didn't feel comfortable doing myself. She was friendly and thorough. If I ever need additional tax help in the future I will definitely gping to her.
